De locatie is perfect. Het appartement is gelegen binnen het historische Tamborino gebouw, in het centrum van Lecce.
De douche had geen warm water en de gootsteen van de badkamer was verstopt. Ook was het appartement niet schoon. Het bed heeft slechts 1 overtrek. Al met al kan het appartement voor wat betreft badkamer voorzieningen en hygiëne worden verbeterd.
