It was a short walk to central pier . We were greeted by the hosts with a nice cuppa . Julie ad billie were fantastic host nothing was too much. The tea making facilities in the room were 10 out of 10 . The breakfast was great and clean . We went as guests but left as friends . Would recommend this bed and breakfast .

What a lovely place!! Will definitely be booking here when we next visit Blackpool. Everything about it is exceptional, the owners, the room, the location, the breakfast and the easy parking!!! We will be back, thank you so much. Didn't want to come home!!

What a lovely amazing B&B, Julie and Billy were so warm welcoming from the first message we sent regarding arriving early to park up so we could make the most our stay to the moment we left. So accommodating it was also an added bonus for us that we were able to check-in straight away which meant we didn't need to wait around to put our stuff in the room. The water in the fridge and little sweet treats were such a nice little touch as we needed the water morning after the night before. The room had everything you could think off even a little fan to cool me down.beds so comfy and towel fluffy and soft.spoitless and you could smell how clean it was as soon as you went through the door.We had a couple of drinks and a lovely chat with Billy sat in the little garden at the front. Breakfast was lovely just big enough, my egg was perfect as I only like to dip as i don't eat the full egg. Was nice that they sat and had a brew and chat with all.the guest after we had finished breakfast. We highly recommended staying here we were gutted we wernt here for longer than a night. We will definitely be back to stay and I will be recommending this B&B to my family and friends. But far the best we have stayed in. Thank you for our lovely stay 🙂 if I could I would give it more than a 10 rating.

Spotless and very clean bed linen and towels. Very good breakfast. Julie and Billy go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable.
