A great host, Chris. A nice big comfortable and clean room (room 3). A lovely breakfast, where we had a nice chat with Chris and other guests. A great location, 10-15mins walk to Blackpool Tower. 1 hour free parking outside the accommodation, useful for checking in and dropping off luggage and then we paid £13.40 for 24 hours parking at Bethesda car park, just around the corner. All in all a great stay.

Everything was spot on, comfy bed clean tidy rooms not a speck of dust anywhere great host's ,breakfast was hot and filling orange juice and tea/coffee with breakfast offered more drinks and toast, bathroom was clean and tidy one of the best places we have stayed for a while in blackpool, will definitely be going back . This place is one hidden gem, hospitality was 10 plus star rating,

Location was central and food tasty . The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome . I would most definitely visit again
The teeniest thing I would point out is no towel rails in the bathroom . We had to drape towels over the shower . This is the only thing
