About this apartment rental

Summary:
Welcome to our 2 bedroom + loft condo that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The condo is located in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, which is just south of Main Street. Access to the slopes is easy with the Breckenridge Free Ride bus, which stops right across the street from the condo. Main Street is just 4 blocks away and is a quick walk when the weather permits. Guests will also have access to the nearby Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs, which were recently renovated.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, and flat screen TV that is mounted. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Both of the bathrooms have a walk-in shower. There is no bathtub in the condo. The loft is located above the living room and has two twin beds and two full beds. The loft is minimally decorated and simplistic. It is outfitted with multiple beds for guests to sleep and very little else.

The kitchen and living room make up the rest of the living space in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal with plenty of counter top space and stainless steel appliances. The dining table has seating for 6 and is located just off of the living room. The living room is a great space for your group to relax with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. There is a small patio off of the living room with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Also, there is a mudroom at the entrance of the condo that can be used to store all of your winter and summer gear.

The amenities included with the condo are very nice. There is one outdoor parking space and shared laundry in the condo building. Access to the slopes is easy with the Quicksilver lift, a short 8 minute walk away on a shoveled and paved path. Additionally, the Breck Free ride bus stops right across the street ((at the entrance of Base 9 Condos) and can take you to the gondola and other peak bases. Lastly, guests will have access to the newly renovated Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared Columbine complex pool and hot tubs, and one parking space (parking permit must be displayed). Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.

When allowed, access to the shared Columbine complex pool is as follows:
Pool and hot tub are open:
Memorial Day - Labor Day (weather permitting)
Opening day of the ski season - the last day of the ski season
The hours of operation for the pool and hot tub are 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood just south of Breckenridge's Main Street. The Breckenridge Free Ride bus services the neighborhood with the Grey Route South side, and is the easiest way to access the slopes. The bus stop is right across the street at the entrance of Base 9 Condos. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from the Warrior's Mark neighborhood. Warrior's Mark is known for its quiet, tranquil atmosphere and being in close proximity to downtown Breck. Guests are able to walk to Main Street on a nice day.

Getting Around:
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is the best way to get around town and there is a bus stop right across from the condo and the entrance of Base 9 Condos. Uber/Lyft is also available.

Other Things to Note:
There are security cameras overlooking the parking lot for the safety of our guests and are not located in the unit.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Upper floor condo. Nice spot. 10 min mostly down hill walk to chair lift. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Great amenities. Worked great for our group of friends and family. Only one parking pass so needed to shuffle cars from local lots but not a big deal. Would recommend and would stay again

The location was great. It was mostly quiet. The bed was comfy. But there were a few minor issues: The parking pass was not where the arrival instruction specified. The bi-fold closet doors in bedrooms were open when we checked in. The doors were not secured to tracks so couldn't be closed (one of the doors was missing a knob). The trash can in the downstairs bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived. The top of the dresser and the TV in the second bedroom were covered in thick dust. The kitchen counter, the dining table and the coffee table were all filthy. The coffee table was sticky! The remotes for the living room TV were no where to be found. Messaged the property manager but the response was not very helpful. We found them in the cabinet in the dining area where the puzzles and the games were kept. Someone put them in there and put a pillow on top of them. The DirecTV receiver in the living room was not plugged in. After we plugged it in, we got 'the authorization has expired. Please call the Front Desk' error. Messaged the management company but the response was not helpful. It turned out the error was only for the local channels. So we just didn't watch those stations. The main bedroom TV didn't have this issue. The windows in the loft didn't open. There were very limited number of drinkware. Not major problems so we didn't request them to be fixed but it would have been nice if we didn't encounter any of these.
