Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us.

Pros Was warmly welcomed and checked in, even though we arrived an hour earlier than their official check-in time. We stayed in 7G. Room was very spacious, with large bedroom, comfortable king bed, big hot tub in the room, 1.5 baths. Large living room, large kitchen and dining area, decent-sized balcony with beautiful mountain view. It was very quiet and a relaxing stay. Cons Unit 7G is on the 3rd floor and since there are no elevators, we had to walk up and down the stairs, carrying heavy luggage. Since we're not used to the high elevation/thin air, both my wife and I were panting heavily each time at the top of the stairs, even though we're both very active individuals.

We were disappointed by how "not kept up" it appeared...the tile at garage entry was shattered so no bare feet inside! Everything was quite worn down. The furniture was uncomfortable and the lack of good kitchen products to use was frustrating.... broken pans, melted utensils.

Property has a HUGE cleaning fee. Ridiculous - almost as much as the room charge. The property itself is nice enough, but the upcharge for cleaning is a terrible practice. That should be built into the room charge.

I’ve been to Summit County 30yrs and counting and this place was by far the worst. From not fulfilling accommodation requests, to non-existent amenities (well only for certain individuals), to paper thin floors/walls/ceilings and hearing every footstep of those above you and every single conversation they had as well, to the lack of friendly faces, or even a warm body when checking in at 3:15PM in the afternoon. Sad to say that this was Breckenridge at its lowest, with no rest and relaxation, and is a place I will never return to, nor will I send a good word to family/friends. Be wise with your money and stay someplace else!

The condo had a good view, it has an 80s vibe with old small tvs, the hottub was insanely hot and not useable. Check in was available after 4 with a very eary check-out, for the price it was not a good value, cleaning fee is exesive based on length of stay.

The studio was immaculately clean, bed was super comfortable, the humidifier was a great perk for the dry heated air, and the Breckenridge free rode pulled up right out front. The front desk person (unfortunately can not remember her name) was exceptionally helpful, extremely personable, and the prefect first impression upon our arrival. What a great experience.

The property was excellent, even if the decor was a bit dated. The property manager, Megan, and Shannon went above and beyond helping my flatlander sister carry all of our bags to our rooms. was super friendly and helpful. The on-site hot tub was clean and welcoming, though the temp could have been a degree or two warmer. The only complaint I had about the location was that it was so far up the hill. We were on a bike packing trip, and had no vehicle, and pedaling up those long slopes was a challenge. Fortunately, there is a reliable bus system with easy to use bike racks. Seriously though, the scenery was majestic.
