8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The place was clean, there was a great selection of free biscuits in the room, and once I’d found the light switch, one of the best showers I’ve had!!
It was a shame the restaurant had closed (not sure if it was permanent?). There was no staff anywhere - a very “remote” experience, but still good. The in room lighting set up was interesting, and not all sockets worked, but this didn’t detract from the stay.

Very friendly welcome - comfortable bed, nice selection of snacks, very clean and great location.

Location. Ease of parking and checking in.
Cobwebs. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Duvet was very thin, so we had to keep the heater on for warmth over night. Bathroom configuration was unusual and overall feel of the room was that it needed some TLC. The bathroom bin hadn’t been changed before our stay.
