I was glad they had some items to take to the beach so we didn't have to buy new...chairs, umbrella, sand sifter, etc

Everything was just as listed. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was in a beautiful setting between the gulf and the bay. We will definitely be back. Tim is an amazing host. Highly recommend this condo!!
