Remodeled condo on Manasota Key. Owner managed, this condo is located on 2nd flr of two story building, no elevator. Condo has private boat dock, (plenty trailer parking on site) heated pool, BBQ area. Fish from the dock or observe manatees and dolphins or Kayak. Short drive or good walk to restaurants and pubs.

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was heated (around 80 degrees while we were there during a warm week of the winter). The beaches on the island were great and we found hundreds of small shark teeth while we were there. I recommend this condo for people interested in a low key visit to Manasota Key!

The condo was really nice. It was very clean and close to all the excitement on the key. The host was very responsive when we asked questions and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Tony was quick to answer questions. Great location! Glad there was a sighting basket and chairs. Had a nice time.

It was great to be really close to the beach. We enjoyed the beauty of every sunset ( if that evening was not raining). The apartment has everything for two person, maybe three, but four will be a little uncomfortable.
