**Two Kayaks Available for guest use** - Kayaks are use at your own risk
The cozy, open living area comes well-furnished for in-home comfort. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances and utensils needed for preparing everything from beach snacks to homemade meals. After the day's adventures, unwind with a cold drink out on the patio or relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Powerful mini-split ACs throughout the home keep everyone cool and comfortable. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

The location was great, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the excellent restaurants and bars on the key. The house was absolutely lovely and well cared for. We did have an issue with the indoor shower during our stay but within an hour of me requesting help, I had received a call from the local property manager to resolve the issue. We loved our time here and hope to visit again in the future!

Very cute beach cottage in excellent walking distance to both Lemon Bay (which you can see from dining room) & beach. Recently updated. Kitchen is nice although no dishwasher, coffee pot, wine glasses or grill (although listing says grill). Very clean. Nice outside shower in back.

160 Baguette was a clean, convenient and in a beautiful place. The accommodations were plentiful and very appreciated. I did utilize the stovetop during my stay and I would encourage opening the doors and using the fans to ensure adequate ventilation so that the house doesn’t hold on to the aroma. The bathroom is quite tiny but cute. I encourage the outdoor shower which is effective and the area behind the home is private. You get what you pay for and that’s good enough for me and hopefully for everyone else who stays here.
