Our recent villa "La Poudre d'Escampette" lives up to its name: it is the ideal place to escape in peace, while enjoying 4-star comfort and a strategic location in Ruoms.

Private Heated Swimming Pool: A secure pool heated to 28°C (from 01/04 to 07/11).
Esprit Vacances: A straw hut at the water's edge and a covered terrace for moments of absolute relaxation.
Privileged location: The Voie Verte at the foot of the cottage, the shops 5 minutes away and the famous Pont d'Arc only 10 minutes away.
All Inclusive: For a stress-free stay, sheets and towels are provided and beds are ready on arrival.
A modern and air-conditioned interior:
The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and consists of:
A large living room: Very bright, including a comfortable living room and a convivial dining area.
A top-of-the-range integrated kitchen: Fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo machine, etc.).
Night side:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 (Great Comfort).
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds in 90.
Sanitary facilities: A modern bathroom and separate toilets.
Outdoor spaces and relaxation: The garden is fully enclosed for your privacy and the safety of the children.
Covered terrace: Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for your summer grills.
