Very cleanand quiet and well stocked. Contacted them a couple of times and they got right back to me. We were able to park (parking permit provided) and walk wherever we wanted to go in town or to the incline. Back patio right on the creek! Everything had been remodeled and new. Would love to stay there anytime.

The property was walking distance to many of the attractions in Manitou Springs. It was very clean and cozy. I loved sitting out back in the morning listening to the river while drinking coffee. Made a little friend, we called Sparky, out on the patio. Super, friendly little squirrel. Communication was great and overall, we enjoyed the house and will stay there again.
Parking could be a problem but luckily we were able to park somewhat close by. Not a bad little walk. One suggestion would be to let us people who are not around bears be given directions for opening the trashcan🤣 Took me a while but I finally figured it out.

Great location, very cozy space, clean and light-filled, beautiful patio on the creek!
Bed was nice but a little squishy/soft for my liking.
