This beautifully furnished 4 bed, 3 bath luxury pool/spa villa is located on the exclusive resort of EMERALD ISLAND 5 minutes from Disney World.
A dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security.
Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna.
There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas.
A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. A short drive or walk (1 mile) will lead you to restaurants, a supermarket and shops.
Home features two masters, pool /spa and a game room for your enjoyment
Also has high speed internet in the home for your use just bring your laptop!
One King bedroom, one Queen Bedroom and 2 rooms with twin beds.
Pool/spa heating is extra charge $25 per day !

We had an excellent stay and a great time! Property is wonderful. Make sure to purchase your access pass before getting there. Great communication with owner. Wi-fi easy access. Very close to all the parks- only about 15 min. Make sure to shut doors right away as the house does truly heat up for the slightest seconds doors are open. Check in access easy- door can be a little sticky and lock can be a little tricky at times.Wonderful stay and wonderful house! Would return and recommend!

The overall stay was good however, the pool was too hot and temp was never correct and we couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Also in the day time it was hot even the AC was set on 72.

The house was nice, but for actual check in communication doesn’t come through VRBO as it should. There was an email from a property management company. I was searching my email for VRBO and for the address of the house and nothing came up because it was an email from a property management company that was just titled Reservation. I was on the VRBO site where they are supposed to list check in details and there were none. I called and sent a message to the contact info on VRBO that I had no clue how to get in, and still to this day have never heard back (whereas a message sent the week before requesting to turn on the hot tub heat was answered immediately).
The hot tub, despite paying $25/day, was not hot. The control for the air conditioner has a note that during the summer it is covered by a locked box and you can’t change it to below 72. I arrived and the first think I see is an envelope from the cleaning lady requesting a tip (I paid a cleaning fee, they should be tipping out of that!). And on the second to last day we had a bottle of laundry detergent left at the front door asking us to have towels washed and dried before we left.
We rented another house by the beach earlier in the week that was FANTASTIC. The owners were so responsive. A stark contrast to this experience.
