We came to do some cross-country skiing, that's why we chose this penzion, since here you are at one end of the "Jizerská magistrála" - a complex of approx. 200 km maintained skiing tracks in Jizerské hory. Luckily, snow arrived on the same day as we did, so we could ski. We had one of the four individual apartments (studios), reasonably sized, nicely heated, with a small kitchenette, so you can warm some food using a microwave and a two-plate electric cooker. There is a special heater in the joint corridor to dry your boots and clothes.
Just across the street is a restaurant, open in this rather low season (it was the first week of January with no snow in its first half) with fair prices and good choice of meals.
If you come with basically your own food, you would benefit from a bigger fridge.
