Хорошее расположение, тихий район, все в пешей доступности, нет проблем с парковкой и доступности своего авто для поездок. Хороший кухонный уголок - есть все необходимое. Также есть небольшая общая кухня, где есть дополнительное кухонное оборудование, если нужно.
Матрас на кроватях - обычный паралон и потому постоянно затекала спина и шея (впервые узнал, что тело может болеть от лежания). Доски на кроватях (то, на чем лежит матрас) периодически выпадали и приходилось вставлять их на место (я не такой тяжелый, до 80 кг, но подо мной доски выпадали). Крепления досок изношены, часть креплений было уже поломано и прикручено шурупами намертво.
