Atutami obiektu są niewątpliwie bliskość Dworca PKP, jak i centrum. Jednocześnie obiekt znajduje się na uboczu, panuje nocą wyjątkowa cisza, a rano budzi nas śpiew ptaków!.

Jeżeli szukacie spokoju ciszy oraz domu z duszą to smiało możecie rezerwować. Jeżeli szukacie komfortów w nowych molochach to lepiej omijajcie takue miejsca bo potem w komentarzach same bzury piszecie. . Dom znajduje się obok wyciągu narciarskiego w Dolinie Szczęście. Motywem przewodnim są ptaki. Jak dla mnie wszystko na duży plus.

Pensjonat znajduje się w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Piękny widok z okna na góry. Urokliwy ptasi wystrój. Blisko do dworca PKP. Niedaleko od muzeum Hauptmannów. Pokój dość mały ale przytulny i ciepły chociaż na zewnątrz mróz i śnieg.
