Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, blisko do sklepów, ale w bocznej uliczce, więc było cicho, bez zgiełku. Dobrze zorganizowany obiekt pod względem kodu do drzwi, kontaktu z właścicielem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Mili i pomocni właściciele.
