Awful smell

The biggest issues were the beds. The sheets were washed, but a bad smell was leaking from the beds and pillows themselves. A smell of rotten cheese. It gets more potent if you sit down with some force, it starts hurting your throat. I had to take another shower in the morning but I smelled terrible from the bed. Other issues: the door handle of the bathroom was covered in some slimy substance on both sides. The air filter of the bathroom turns on automatically when you turn on the light, a strong smell of feces was coming from that filter, I had to shower using the light from my phone. The room is smaller than it looks on the picture, there were no glass cups to drink from. I'm sure the owner is aware of the smell, he leaves the windows of the room constantly open, if they stay closed for a few hours the room starts smelling. Honestly the room is a health hazard and needs to be investigated.

The location was great. The facilities were ok. If you travel to shop it is very good just to sleepover.

It was very nice, clean and the breakfast was very good, alao it was close to almost all tourist attractions.

Pretty easy to find, it is close to the centre,the rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Also the personnel is very polite and always help out.

The rooms on the side of the street are a bit noisy, meaning there are people on the street talking and making noise up until 4-5 am which makes sleeping on an open window hard, but this is something that is hard to fix by the staff so I don't hold it against them.

Great pplace, great location :)

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable with diverse breakfast. Tha staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was small, but clean and wit a comfortable bed. If you don't plan on spending your time in your rooom, it is perfect. The place where we had breakfast could be for fun gatherings in te evening. WIFI was strong. Close to the central street of Edrine.

The streets are narrow and most of them are one way streets, so it could be difficult to arrange the parking, but the hotel staff helped us with the orientation.

the staff was very kind and responsive, helped with a lot of things and allowed us to move to a room on the first floor because of a problem with the abundance of one person in the group. Thank you for that!!

the breakfast did not correspond to the pictures presented in booking, there is no buffet, maybe because there were not so many guests in the hotel. I think that if there is not, at least they should ask the guests or let them know what will be served for breakfast.Just advise!

Close location to the city center, good choice for breakfast, clean rooms. Most importantly the staff - especially Ahmed from reception and his colleague were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would like to thank them one more time for the amazing customer service

The hotel is great. The location is excellent, it is in the center. Extremely clean and cozy, and the staff will make you feel at home. I will visit again as soon as possible. I'm fascinated!

The location is very safe and close to the center, this is very useful especially if you want to go to bazaar more often like we did. The hotel was very cozy and with a great aesthetic/decoration. The staff had a very good and friendly vibe, personally I had the feeling like I knew them even before I came here.

Friendly Place

The hotel is small, but cosy in the very center of the city. A huge advantage is that there is where to park your car. Staff were very kind guys, very helpful and polite and ready to help anytime!

It was a bit narrow in the restaurant area and in the rooms, however this was not unexpected.

The hosts were so kind and friendly. It was super clean. The breakfast is so delicious. This is the perfect location because it is so close to the center and it’s a quiet street. Don’t worry about parking, there is always a spot outside the building.
