Overall our stay was pleasant thanks to the man behind the desk. The location was perfect

The shower tap was broken and there was a black mould stain in the corner of the roof. The restaurant was not operating

Excellent

It was a very nice and clean place. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Its location was excellent — very close to the city center, so there was no need for a car. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Cozy, warm, quiet and close to everything with parking and nice personal!

Everything in the hotel was brand new. The prices were very good and the cleanness and kindness of the personal exceeded our expectations. The people at the reception were very kind and were always there to help us with the parking. Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Edirne. Best for shopping and going out with car.

Really nice and convenient hotel!

I liked the location of the hotel, the clean room and the friendly staff.

We wanted to pay for breakfast but there was no available. They told us that the restaurant was being repaired.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately jumped in to help park the car safely right next to the hotel. The room was checked in advance and I got help with my luggage. Wi-fi worked without problems, warm in the room and very clean, safe parking with video surveillance, breakfast can be served, the location is 2 minutes from the center. The staff are very attentive to all the details. For transit or vacation, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Almost perfect but...!

Staff at the reception is extremely helpful. Well mannered young people with sufficient use of English. Room was clean, beds comfortable with clean linen. En suit bathroom clean and tidy too. Walking distance to main shopping street. Recommended!

Some other guests of the hotel were unbelievably noisy overnight! There was constant door banging, running up and down the stairs and loud voice arguing from about midnight to 5:00 in the morning. Obviously the night staff failed to handle the situation!

Exceptional

Location is very close to center, just like their first hotel. We visit very often. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is traditional turkish Kahvalti. Parking is no problem, they even offer to park your car if you struggle. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Highly recommend for quick stop or longer vacation.

Местоположението е много добро - на 5 минути пеша от центъра. Момчето ( собственика - може би ) на рецепцията е дружолюбно и съдейства веднага с място за паркиране. Може да се плати с карта, но предпочита плащане в брой.

От тоалетната миришеше много неприятно.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem kleinen, sauberen und preiswerten Hotel,

Das Grand ist ein nettes kleines Hotel bzw. eine Pension. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen ein Upgrade beim Zimmer. Statt Parterre-Zimmer erhielten wir ein Zimmer im 1. Stock. Das Zimmer war klein aber recht hübsch und neu eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt in der Innenstadt, und wir hatten einen Parkplatz. Es gab kein Frühstück; das macht aber gar nichts, fussläufig waren Bäckerein/Cafes erreichbar- Innenstadtlage! :-)

Einziges Wermutströpfchen: Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht fixieren und musste in der Hand gehalten werden.

Καλό και οικονομικό για 2-3 μέρες στην Αδριανούπολη.

Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, μέσα σε ένα στενό, καθαρό, κοντά στα παζάρια και στον πεζόδρομο. Ο ρεσεψιονίστ γνωρίζει αγγλικά, είναι ευγενέστατος και βοήθησε σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Υπάρχει κρατημένο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο όπου παρακολουθείτε από κάμερα της ρεσεψιόν και βγαίνουν νε σε βοθήσουν.

Όπως είδα και σ΄άλλα σχόλια, λείπουν κρεμάστρες..μέσα στην ντουλάπα είχαμε 2 και στο μπάνιο 1 για πετσέτα. Υπάρχει χώρος για να μπουν επιπλέον στο τοίχο. Επίσης το δωμάτιό μας ήταν σε ημιυπόγειο κι όταν πάρκαρε αυτοκίνητο έξω απ΄το δωμάτιο, ακουγόταν έντονα. Αν θέλετε ζητήστε δωμάτιο σε όροφο.

Nový hotel se skvělým personálem v klidné čtvrti a jen pár kroků od centra

Skvělý přístup ubytovatelů. Prakticky vše vybacení je nové. Snadné a bezpečné parkování zadarmo.

Okna se samočinně zavírala - chyběla aretace. Protékal zachod, což manažer zkoušel ihned ochotně opravit, ale přesto se protékání pak navracelo. Sprinkler silně poblikával, což k ránu rušilo spánek. Deky byly na řijen v Turecku pŕíliš zimní". Postel by se vešla do pokoje i ve standardní šíři. Stávající byla pro Evropany příliš úzká.
