Oceanfront 3 Bdrm House on Surf Beach near Rincon with Private Beach Access

This place was fabulous! We loved it! The place was very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, This place has the best ocean view ever! The weather was perfect for finding shells and exploring the beach and only steps from the terrace/balcony. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them which was only to get into the house. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and this place made it perfect.

We had a good time! The house is in a great location with everything needed for a good trip. It was fun walking the beach and watching surfers. Rincon is really close, and it was fun exploring.

The location is perfect with a swimmable sandy beach right outside, natural undeveloped land around, and quick drives to Aguadilla or Rincon. Gorgeous sunrise views watching sea turtles and pelicans from the balcony. We saw whales one afternoon! It was nice having beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler for drinks and a shower downstairs to rinse off sand. The whole property was VERY clean when we arrived! It felt safe and private with plenty of outdoor lighting and secure door locks. Though the gate out front did not have a lock as described and the beach door doesn’t stayed closed from the outside. The host was excellent! Communication was quick, easy, and he was very helpful resolving an issue with the security system beeping very quickly. ACs and fans were great except the fan remotes kept turning the wrong lights on and off. Kitchen had good pots, pans and utensils, appliances were nice and new. A dish drying rack and colander would’ve been nice. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were functional with plenty of towels. The showerheads weren’t great for long hair. Signs to not flush anything including toilet paper were surprising, though we didn’t run in to any plumbing issues. Another surprise was the one living area with uncomfortable furniture that made it hard to relax inside. The photos showed 2 different sets of furniture online, and did not describe the living area leading us to believe there was more space and furniture. I’d give 5 stars otherwise!

We had a wonderful time. It was magnificent to be so close to the beach and the crashing waves. The house was a comfortable place to land with wonderful access to seeing rainbows and taking Long Beach walks. The kitchen was fun to cook in, and had most amenities. I would have loved ice trays, however. The patio was spacious and fun for dancing and yoga. And we loved having plentiful towels. Thank you for the lovely stay.
