Oceanfront villa in Bo. Guayabo, Aguada, featuring 180-degree ocean views, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and unforgettable sunsets on Puerto Rico’s west coast. Two separate apartment-style floors comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with two full kitchens, in-home laundry, and plenty of space for families or groups. Pets are welcome. Rincón’s surfing, dining, and activities are just an 8-minute drive away.

Designed for families, multiple couples, and groups who want to spend time together while having plenty of space to spread out. Large arched windows frame the blue ocean, while the balcony and oceanfront patio invite you to linger and enjoy the views and the sunset.

The villa sits right on the ocean, with a shoreline perfect for sunset walks and exploring tide pools. The shoreline here is rocky and not recommended for swimming. For a swim, Pico de Piedra public beach (balneario) is just a 2-minute drive away.
GUEST ACCESS
Your group will have the entire villa to yourselves: both floors, the balcony, oceanfront patio, hot tub, outdoor shower, laundry, and free on-site parking. The two floors are not connected indoors; each is accessed via exterior stairs, providing groups with extra privacy and separation. Self-check-in via a keypad.
