Great spot, water view, convenient to walk to everything. Owners had the heating running prior to arrival on a cold day! Well appointed for self catering.
Noisy bathroom fan! Some maintenance needed in places.

Our guest found the sofa bed rather uncomfortable. And she only weighs like 50kg.

The house looked well appointed.
The views didn't meet expectation, the photos advertised were deceptive. Also not set up well for accommodation, no tea or coffee provided, Knives extremely blunt and no way to sharpen, not enough firewood provided for 2 nights. Bathrooms too small.
