I liked that it was cozy but it had enough beds for everyone
Just that the outside couch cover had a rip in it so the outside couches were wet but it is the middle of winter so really there wasn’t anything bad about this property

Absolutely perfect! We had a family reunion in Akaroa. The house had everything we needed an more. The decor and comfort was next level. It really felt like a lovley weekend away.
There was nothing that I would improve on!

Suited the needs of our group of 5. Great location with easy access to town and walks. Log burner going upon arrival was really appreciated as it was a cold winters day.
The invasion of ants in the kitchen during the night.

Plenty of space, fitted the whole family easily.
Ensuite bathroom was a little dated and the doors are broken.
