Relaxing stay in a beautiful villa with pool and homemade breakfast.

Great location for a multi-day stay in the Luberon.

The location was central for day trips around the Luberon and you don't have to drive in and out of one of the hill-top villages and deal with parking (although there is a short narrow road going up to the guesthouse that is a bit challenging). Breakfast was a highlight - lovely homemade breakfast each morning (no choice, but always good). The host is attentive, friendly, helpful, and speaks English. We had a spacious room opening out to the pool.

Communication was a bit of a challenge - I did not get a reply to some questions for many weeks, but did finally hear from the owner.

A perfect accommodation for an unforgettable vacation in Provence.

Our staying at Quintessence Provence was perfect. The property offers everything you need for a dream holiday in Provence. Valerie and Pascal are two wonderful hosts who will make sure you don't miss anything while you stay there. We stayed there for 5 days, and the breakfast was different every day, being the typical French breakfast: fresh baguette, jam, butter, coffee, chia pudding, yogurt and much more. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptional

We had a lovely stay, Valerie made us feel very welcome from the beginning. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, as is the pool; and the house is very clean. The brekfast was also one of the highlights, lots of local goodies, would be happy to return in the future.

To say our stay here was perfect, is an understatement! The location is fabulous and the house impeccable. The pool and outdoor areas are divine. Valerie and Pascal were exceptional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

A perfect stay in Provence

Everything about this place is perfect. The room we stayed in is clean and very spacious. The balcony has a very good view. We love the smell of the pine trees and the sound of birds chipping. The bed is very comfortable and we have no trouble sleeping at night. We were welcomed by Valerie, and she is a great hostess. We enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Valerie. The location is very convenient as it is in the middle of all the attractions. We have no problem driving to Avignon, Sault and Valensole during the Lavender season.

Such a beautiful stay in Provence! It makes you feel totally immersed in the country. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms super clean and well taken care of. the breakfast is a full experience with the best of local products. I wish we had more time there!

A place with a heart!

Very grateful to Valerie and Pasqual for welcoming us in their charming, peaceful and elegant home! They went out of their way to help us make the most of Luberon! We felt very comfortable, rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and spotless clean. We loved Valerie’s gourmand breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and surrounding nature. It was a delightful experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. We did not want to leave!

It was very clean and beautifully maintained in a lovely quiet location central to everything in a pretty garden setting with a lovely pool and overlooking the picturesque Luberon Mountains. The hosts Valerie and Pascale are delightful and kind and brimming with knowledge of the Luberon and all that is good to do and where to eat. Their breakfasts were superb!

A beautiful, well kept bed and breakfast in a wonderful location hosted by warm and friendly hosts.

Breakfast was delicious with many homemade items. Rooms were huge and very well kept. The pool was excellent and well kept. It was hot so we made quite a bit of use of it. Our hosts were lovely and accommodating. Valerie went out of her way to make a dinner reservation for us. She also recommended hiking trails and things to do in the area. The views of the garden and the surrounding mountains were delightful. It is in a wonderful location for visiting many villages and sites. I recommend this site very highly.

Breakfast was small by American standards. But still delicious and more like a continental breakfast. We enjoyed it but Americans need to be aware.

Perfect location near Gordes! The property is truly nice, with a beautiful pool and large and well-decorated rooms. The house is very clean, smells nice and the room is well equipped with all the necessary amneties, including water, tea and coffee.

The check-in time is very late - 5 pm and the checkout is at 11 am so be aware of that! The breakfast was nice, although very simple (bread, jam, and chia pudding). So, there is a lot of space for improvement. Including some fruit, cheese, etc. would be nice, as well as a full glass of juice.

Paradise near the Luberon!

We were welcomed warmly by Valerie to her beautiful home. The room was large, clean and modern and there was delicious homemade breakfast each morning. The location is great for exploring the Luberon area!

Perfect place, perfect hosts. Five star feeling in the Luberon!

Everything is so aesthetically modern and perfectly clean and spacious and artistic that we almost wondered if we would truly feel 'at home' here. But our hosts Valerie and Pascal were so warm and friendly and genuinely helpful - they provided the heart and soul of the place. And they both have a great sense of humour! Beautiful views, beautiful swimming pool, good breakfasts, large garden with places to sit amongst the olive trees. Five star feeling in the Luberon.

The only thing that would have tipped the scale from a 10 to a 10+ cum laude was the bed....it was a too hard for our 60 year old bodies. One of those memory foam extra top-layer mattress would fix this instantly because the beds (like everything else here) are good quality!

Great experience as same as five star hotels

Good location and beautiful house. Wonderful owner with lots of hospitality and sophisticated sense. We were advised for sightseeing locations and restaurant for dinner. Clean room with excellent view from terrace, common area with sophisticated interiors. Everything was perfect and I will definitely stay again when visiting this area. I felt very relaxed like I stayed at my own second house at Province in France.

excellent stay in Luberon

Our 11-nights stay in Quintessence Provence was just perfect. It was a very pleasant experience meeting the B&B owners Valerie and Pascal who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast. Valerie is an amazing cook and every day she surprised us with something new. We even asked her to share some of her recipes with us. A few days before we left for our vacation Valerie sent us an email warning us that many restaurants were closed and the open ones were filling fast. She offered to make our dinner reservations, and we were very pleased with her choices. Very nice restaurants and great food! The location is perfect, just minutes away from various picturesque villages and historic sites in the area. The house is cozy, spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. Beautiful garden and striking views all around. It’s all there. Overall it was a wonderful stay in Luberon. We would definitely stay in this B&B again if we are in the area.

Great Provence Experience

Almost everything, Valerie was very helpful, flexible with our requests (to catch the flight, needed earlier breakfast) This is a boutique hotel, wonderful location, nice view, spacious, clean rooms, very nice furniture and decoration, it was great.

Simply the best……

This is the Best place we stayed in France on our 3 week tour. It was absolutely everything we wanted. Beautiful house with 5 rooms for B and B. The owners are the perfect hosts and welcome you to their home as friends. We loved every minute we spent there and didn’t want to leave. Fantastic location and a short drive to lots of wonderful places. It is quiet and very elegantly decorated. Beautiful swimming pool and lots of places to sit in the sun.
