Villa Lumières

We stayed 4 nights and loved everything about our stay. Isabelle made us feel like a guest in her home while maintaining our privacy. Her care to attention and to make us feel comfortable comes naturally from within her. She is kind, generous and made every effort to help me as I arrived with an injury to my ribs after a hard fall elsewhere. She even asked her retired Dr to make a house call on a Sunday night to see me! He came twice!! Our bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great and the shower was hot and strong! The location is a quiet peacefully setting, and just a 3 min drive into Goult. It’s perfectly located to tour all the villages in the area We had dinner one night and it was so good and special, we ate there every night thereafter. We ate in Goult at Le Carillon , a highly rated restaurant on Sunday night, as Isabelle doesn’t serve dinner on Sundays. We enjoyed sitting outside having delicious dinner and wine at vilka Lumières more!! Price and quality excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and quality of cheeses , jams, and fruit very good. She does so many nice touches, even our laundry ,as she knew I wasn’t able. She is so generous! We recommend her without hesitation. I hope we get to return !

Isabelle our host was a delight and very accommodating. We chose to two have two dinners prepared by Isabelle during our stay and they were both fantastic and served with grace.

I couldn’t find fault with anything other than our stay with Isabelle was too short!

Owner Isabelle is a wonderful host and cook. She looked after us when one of us caught a cold, showered us with attention and gave us great breakfasts and wonderful local Provençal food at dinner at a communal table. She runs a great Inn and we cannot recommend it enough. Swimming pool, indoor bike storage, quiet nights, great Luberon location near the unspoiled village of Goult. She washed our clothes, offered us medical attention if needed and was even prepared to drive us to Avignon to catch our train.

It would only be churlish to nit pick and try and conjure up a flaw. No accommodation is perfect and neither is Villa Lumières, but the warmth of her welcome and the overall quality of the place drowns out any minor flaws.

Isabelle is an outstanding host. She was accommodating to all our needs, a great conversationalist, and helped us with our travel plans.

The location is convenient to go to visit several beautiful town and see valande flower. The best thing for this villa is the host Isbella who provide very good breakfast and dinner. If you stay there, you had better reserve dinner which is delicious and worth your money.

The location in the heart of Provence was magnificent for easily visiting locations of interest and beauty. The host at Villa Lumieres, Isabella, is so warm and gracious and able to offer invaluable knowledge of the area to get the most from your time. The house itself is beautifully authentic with plenty of privacy.

Lovely property, wonderful hostess, great food and a great location for exploring the Vaucluse Region of Provence. Isabelle, with her food made from local produce, and all of the information that she so generously shared with us, gave us a genuine Provence experience. The fact that it was an incredible bargain was just icing on the cake!

Isabel is great. She will do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. And she cooks wonderfull meals. Homemade jams, yoghurt, schnapps and more.... The environment is very beautiful with nature and nice villages.

Isabelle was the perfect hostess, kind and full of suggestions. She is a very wonderful person.

It was very hot and there is no air conditioning so that was an issue in order to sleep well and return to the home during the afternoon but it was tolerable. Many of the homes do not have that so it was expected from my point of view.

Beautiful villa with a wonderful host! The food she made for dinner was exceptionally delicious, with generous amounts of wine. Breakfast was incredible as well! What a memorable stay and a wonderful way to enjoy this scenic part of France!

We had a great stay in Villa Lumières. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. Isabelle is a great host offer delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt and jam. We also had delicious and generous dinner in the beautiful garden by the pool, highly recommended!

Isabel is a great host. She compiled a 2 day itinerary for us. Her evening meals were excellent and great value. Will definitely stay again if and when we return to France

The room was located inside the house, for us it was fine but some people may not like it. There is also a separate hosting unit which we didn't see. The toilet and bathroom were adjacent to the room and were separated by a curtain from the rest of the house, which means the privacy is not perfect. Again, for us it was OK but other people may not like it. Isabel the landlady is smiling and very friendly, cooked for us a delicious vegan dinner for a fair price. One of the nice things is to meet other people during dinner which for us was very nice.

First and most of all, Isabelle is a wonderful person, a pleasure to talk to her and be her guest. You are not her client, you are a guest in her house and treated as such.

You must come by car, otherwise is not really easy to access. But if you are an explorer and think of staying in a small Provensal village, you know that already

excellent location, beautiful Provencal style, very good price. what I appreciate the most is the approach of the owner Isabelle, who will take care of everything perfectly. Breakfast is delicious, homemade marnelads and yogurts, great dinner. Totally awesome! I'd like to come back here again.

The hospitality of the owners was unforgettable. It will be one of the places that I won’t forget for the rest of my life. We recommend everybody to have the superb dinner too. Great experience of Provence charm!

Un séjour de grande qualité. Isabelle nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a conseillé tout au long de notre séjour sur les différents endroits à visiter et les bonnes adresses de commerces. On se sent comme à la maison, Isabelle cuisine des produits frais et de qualité, sans oublier la quantité qui vous permettra de manger bien plus qu'à votre faim. Propreté exemplaire. Maison idéalement située, confort et convivialité sont au RDV. Aucune fausse note, nous reviendrons entre amis ou de nouveau en famille. Merci Isabelle de la part de Tatiana, Loukas et Alexandre.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les conseils de balades d'Isabelle. Les Petits déjeuners et le dîner copieux , avec des produits faits maison et d'autres venant directement des produits du terroir. La chambre propre, la literie bonne et les sanitaires, hors de la chambre, très bien agencés. Au calme, avec une terrasse. Une piscine chauffée et des serviettes à disposition.

Tout était parfait !

Contesto piacevolissimo, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ottima la colazione, come sentirsi a casa. La posizione è posta in prossimità a diverse località da visitare.
