The location of the apartment was great! Very close to several tram stops, and just around the corner from restaurants, bars, a supermarket, the river and various places of historic intetest. The apartment itself was clean and very well equiped, having a hair dryer, washer/dryeyer, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, cooker, iron and ironing board. The initial access to the building via a phone is genius, and worked really well.
Once inside the building, finding the apartment door was a bit tricky , but we called the owner and he helped direct us. Be careful on the stairs up to the apartment - the carpet is loose and a bit dangerous.

The location and value are great.
The quiet place.
It’s old and has a squeaky floor everywhere, especially at stairs.
The tiny bathroom (even for me it was small yet I’m not a big man)
