Altana Deluxe Apart

Die Unterkunft Altana Delux Apart hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal, da man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in der Altstadt erreichen kann. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gasse direkt am Hafen. Auch der Vermieter Marcello war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bereits im Vorfeld hat er uns alle nötigen Informationen über WhatsApp zukommen lassen und stand uns auch während unseres Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung. Am ersten Abend, hat er uns in der Bar in dem Hotel, in welchem er arbeitet auf einen Spritz eingeladen und hat uns viele Tips für Chioggia gegeben und auch angeboten uns, falls gewünscht, einen Tisch in einem Restaurant zu reservieren. Besonders gut hat uns auch die große schöne Dachterasse gefallen, von der man einen tollen Blick über die Dächer von Chioggia hatte. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

Das einzige was man bei dieser Unterkunft beachten sollte, ist, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt. Dieser ist nur durch vier enge Treppen zu erreichen, was für körperliche eingeschränkte Menschen ein Problem darstellen kann.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in the vibrant hart of charming Chioggia. We were three people, my wife, our 17-year-old daughter, and I, and the apartment was perfectly suited to our needs.The apartment is exceptionally well designed and tastefully furnished. Every detail has been carefully thought through. We especially loved the kitchen, with its beautiful blue-green color scheme. The AC was invaluable during our stay, as temperatures reached 38°C. One of the highlights is the spacious rooftop terrace. It offers stunning views over the roofs of Chioggia, with glimpses of both the sea and the canals. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The greatest asset of this accommodation, however, is undoubtedly the host, Marcello. He responds almost instantly, provides excellent local tips, and even helps secure restaurant reservations at top places. His hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We only stayed for two nights and had just one full day to explore Chioggia and its surroundings, so we did not make use of the bicycles available to guests. Chioggia itself is absolutely worth visiting: authentic, lively, and full of character, while being much more relaxed than Venice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend both the apartment and its exceptional host.

Everything was great - good to know is that ist’ located on the third/fourth floor, terrace another stair up, so you need to be reasonably fit.
