We (2 adult and a child) were in the "quadro room" (number of room is 1) for a week there.

The position of the house is good, to walk to center in few minutes, there are lot of parking place and there is a mini market on the grund with a large selection but a litle bit high prices. If you want to better price the biggest super market in Sarti is only few minutes by walk. The beach is very close, but it is coarse sand, not fine and the water suddenly deepened. The beaches with fine sand are far away in New Sarti. About 15-20 minutes by walk. Air conditioning and the beds are good.

Unfortunately the room is not too comfortable, the biggest problem is the bathroom door, it's only about 170 cm, so it's very dangerous, I hit my head several times. There is not table in the room, only in the terrace, but the terrace is too small, 3 people can't fit around the table on the terrace. The kitchenette is very small, only one person can be there at the time and there is only a very small kitchen counter. No oven. The friends of our famlily visited us an afternoon, after the arriving, the manager knocked and asked me how many people are in the rooms, I didn't unbderstand the situation, why asked me, but I told her: five people, because my friends visit us, but they stay here only one-two hours. She said: ok, no problem and she left. In the same evening I got this message on booking.com site and SMS too: "Good evening, I am Giannis, the manager of the Dóra Sarti accommodation..I would like to inform you that visitors are prohibited in the apartment for the safety of all guests. Thank you." Why didn't she tell it when she were there? No comment.

Dora-Sarti is a grat place to stay

Very good location, close to the beach, first line. The view from the appartment was wide and impressive(see, town, mountain), very big terrace.! The rooms are well equipped and clean. There are all things that you need. The air condition is good. Free parking all over the place, big supermarket in the same building. Great staff, very good people. I recommend it with two hands! Also very good place for children, child playground and beach activities, near to the hotel.

Superb

It was really close to the beach, plenty of free parking slots all around it. The host was amazing, helping us with every problem that we’ve encountered.

In the bathroom it should be a shower cabin so you don’t have to worry about splashing water

The location is really good, it's near the sea and you are literally in the main streets. The staff who showed us was really kind and he helped with local suggestions. There is an A/C actively working.

The only thing that could be better was shower. It doesn't have any curtain etc.

Extremely overpriced

A very good location close to the center and to the beach and plenty of parking lots around. Overall the room is clean. The staff is friendly.

It's a very cheap room at a very high price (there are much better hotels in Sarti for 100 euro per night even in August). Very poor light, I had to switch on my mobile phone flashlight to take a shower because you can hardly see anything in the room. Low ceilings, I bumped my head five times while exiting the bathroom. The kitchen is tiny. The furniture is generally very cheap and old. For a lower price it would be acceptable.

The location is very close to the sea, the taverns and shops. The apartment was very clean, and the owners very nice!

A great budget stay, with great view.

The location seems a family run guest house, a budget one, so the expectations are as per the price. We stayed in the apartment with the sea view, and it was very good - two bedrooms with a small kitchen and a big terrace overlooking the beach, mount Athos and Sarti pedestrian street - a lovely place to view the sunrise and to enjoy the sun setting over the busy pedestrian street. There is also an AC unit on the hallway that can easily cool the whole place (given that you keep the doors opened). The apartment was very clean and was also cleaned during our stay. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a bakery and fast food across the steet. The beach is 50m away while the main square in 5 minutes walk.

The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and shower head holder. Also some extension cords in the rooms for charging devices could be very useful - rooms had only one plug.

A few steps to the beach, food shop in the same building, many restorants nearby, spatious terrace. You can park on the street for free.

It was a little bit noisy in the evenings. The air conditioners are noisy too.

Good value & great hosts

We were 4 friends going for a weekend trip. The accomodation was excellent, Dora was very friendly, she even made us halva as a warm welcome. The location was great, right in the city centre. There was a big bakery 1 min away and Dora saved us a parking space right in front of the accomodation, at all times. The place was clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures. It was good value and the hosts were amazing! Would stay there again!

You get what you pay .Low comfort but great location.

I liked the location close to the beach and the view over the parking lot. i liked the balcony . The family that ownes the place is well intended and very polite.

I did not liked the size of the rooms , I did not liked the smell of cigars every morning on the staircase. We did not had amenities in the appartment ( we had only 1 toilet paper after that we had to buy from the shop downstairs) In one of the rooms we did not had power outlet to charge our phones. one of The beds was very squeaky We did not have an oven or at list a microwave.

Perfect location, the balcony has got a nice view on mount Atos and also on the mountains. The hospitality was great, and the apartment as per the pictures. We felt like at home, we would come back anytime we will be in Sarti next time!

Excelent

Cazarea a fost peste așteptări. Este curat, cu aer condiționat, in cele 7 zile de 2 ori au venit să ne facă curățenie, situată pe plajă cu vedere către mare. Voi duce dorul dimineților în care îmi savuram cafeaua pe terasă cu vedere la mare și către muntele Athos. Proprietarii foarte prietenoși, ne-au recomandat taverne, plaje, s-au ocupat să ne facă rost de ulei de măsline de calitate. La parterul cazării este un supermarket de unde ne făceam toate cumpărăturile. Mulțumim proprietarilor pentru implicare, pentru micile cadouri și felicitări pentru toată munca depusa și sper să ne revedem la anul!

Mi-a plăcut totul.
