I would recommend this place for night or two, not for longer holidays.

Great location. Great housekeeping, fresh towels every day or two.

Room was on the last floor and it was very hot even during the nights. Entrance door was very hard to open, promised to be fixed next day but it didn’t happen until the end of our stay, balcony slide door also very hard to open. Bathroom is outdated, water pressure low, bad odor is coming from bathroom and you can feel it while you sleep, if you turn the aspirator then its loud. Wi-Fi is not for people who need to work.

Wonderful stay, clean, great host

Booked this appartment for my parents. They were very satisfied with their accomodation, cleanliness and proximity of the city center.

Small bathroom. Nothing else.

Nice place but can be noisy at times

Good choice if you want to be close to pretty much all the restaurants and central area of Sarti. Many grocery stores around, as well as a wide choice of restaurants. It was a good choice for the money. The room looked exactly as on the photos. It was clean and the rooms was cleaned on day 4.

The area is kinda noisy in the morning, there's a nearby church which starts ringing its bells at 7:00 in the moring - just at thesame time the dump truck comes to gather garbage. So you'd better sleep with windows closed. The apartment is located on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. The beds were espcially uncomfortable and too hard. I usually don't complain about such things but these were really hard to sleep on - I've had back pains the whole time. The bathroom is really tiny but manageable.

Very good

The host is exceptionally friendly and pleasant. She called to inquire if we were coming and to inform us that the room would be ready in an hour. The room was cleaned twice during the ten-day stay. We were greeted with complimentary juice and buisquits upon arrival and later with a bottle of wine. She told us that we do not have to leave the room early the last day.

Our room was on the second (last) floor and it was rather hot. The AC is great, it manages to cool the room in no time, but still it was stuffy. However, we are sure that the rooms downstairs are more airy.

Amazing location, clean, spacious room, great host.

Location was perfect, close by to everything you need -- grocery stores, the beach, giros. There were only 2 of us but we got a HUGE room with a double bed + additional single bed. Perfectly clean, spacious and with great and comfy beds.

We were staying at the top floor and the roof isolation was not so great meaning we could not survive the night without having AC working all the time. It was really hot.

Really Nice Staying

Great location, right in the center of Sarti, really great and kind owner (Zoy) everything works properly (AC, Showers, Toilet, WI-FI, the rest we didn't checked 'cause being in vacation for us means not to cook in the room or watch TV). The only small inconvenient is that beds are a little bit small & noisy but who cares anyway?! They were good enough to sleep and... Overall, one of the best vacations spent in Northern Greece. We will return for sure!

Tolle Lage und man fühlt sich Willkommenund gesehen als Gast

Mittendrin in Sarti, viele Balkonnachbatn, aber dastand ich gut als Alleinreisende. Bad/ Dusche etwas klein, war mir aber nicht wichtig. Sehr nettes Personal. Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffeepulver in der küchenzeile und Fruchtsaft und Wasser alsBegrüssung. Strand und viele schöne Tavernen Drumherum, toll!!!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso

Splendido soggiorno presso House Kiriaki. Consiglio assolutamente per: posizione centrale a Sarti che è una comodissima base per muoversi nelle spiagge più belle di Sithonia. Al nostro arrivo una gentilissima signora ci accolto facendoci trovare acqua e succo in fresco. Camera ampia con terrazzo, cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata e cambio biancheria. Bagno un po' piccolo, ma trovo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia ottimo. È stato tutto perfetto! Proprietaria gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente.

Mycket värde för pengarna

Bästa läget och allt lätt att nå. Rummen helt OK för det priset och mycket enkla. AC fungerar men tar lite tid att rummet behagligt när varmt ute. Härliga balkonger i skuggan. Bra värde för pengarna. WiFi jättebra.

Duschen enkel men ha tålamod, samma när gäller AC. Kan vara lite störande på morgonen då mycket centralt men bara korta stunder.
