Staff was rude

We appreciated them bringing the baby cot in our room so our toddler can have a safe sleep

The staff were very disorganised, there was no one available for check in ... we were left to wait around and it was rude as they kept talking to other people and walking off. Also one night the staff were outside chatting loudly and laughing at night waking the babies... I had to come out of my room to ask them to be quiet, very inconsiderate! We needed another toilet roll and we were told off by one of the staff for requesting one! Genuinely so dissapointing, the staff need training in customer service!

Great stay

Perfect location and a clean room! Everything functioned as expected — from the TV to the handy hair dryer. We appreciated the fresh towels and the convenient free parking right next to the hotel, especially since most of the surrounding streets are quite steep. The Wi-Fi could use some improvement, but overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

It's great option for short stay. Location is quiet but close to the city center and beach. Easy check-in. No problem with parking. Wi-fi was working. Good value for money.

Very good value for money

The owner was very kind with us. He offered us water and anti-mosquito tablets and also to choose size for our room for the convenience of our stay. He also suggested us to take our time when leaving the hotel and stay a little longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel and choose it again when travelling for this part of Greece.

Slightly disappointing

Good location in a quiet area, but close to the shops and restaurants.

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The fridge froze all our food. The bathroom window goes out to a common space, a hallway.

Pleasant

The rooms are big enough. The air conditioner is ok with the size of the room. The terrace is wide and comfortable. It's quiet. They changed the sheets and towels. They washed the floor. They were responsive to everything.

There was a problem with the water pressure - now strong, then very, very weak. The toilet cistern had a problem. The internet was very bad, most of the day there was none at all. There is no parking space.

Nice veranda

There was no bathtub or shower, just a tap on the wall. No toiletries just hand soap, some hair in the sink ,a used tissue on the floor. The fridge made weird noises all night. We didn't have high expectations,we booked only for one night but still...

Myself and my Girlfriend were told about Marmaras by some of our greek friends so decided to drive down from Thessaloník

Excellent value for money

An excellent value for money. Great for a one night stay. Old but well preserved facilities and rooms. Very clean and tidy. It has everything you may need. A/C, refrigerator, closet and extra pillows. The only negative thing is that the room didn't have a hair dryer, but I suppose the reception could provide us with one if requested. I strongly suggest especially for short stays!

Great location, friendly staff, would recommend to everyone!

Great location! The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the sea and the main square. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance. Clean and nice rooms with balcony. The staff was really friendly, even though we arrived late, they were extra helpful and nice. Communication was smooth and fast by email. Thank you very much for everything I hope to meet you again someday!

Все было хорошо, мы были 10 дней с собачкой, за собачку отдельная доплата , имейте ввиду, и нас не трогали заходами в номер , что было для нас идеальным)) все оставляли у дверей , в уборке мы не нуждались ) Расположение хорошее , буквально несколько минут до центра этого городка , всех ресторанов и магазинов и до пляжей , но более красивые пляжи находятся дальше , кто на автомобиле то поехать 15 мин не проблема для красивейших фото )

Не хватало чайника в номере Плохо работал WiFi Было шумно , очень слышно соседей, рядом были шумные дети , так же очень слышно с улицы или двора

Una struttura molto accogliente e carina

Personale molto disponibile. Camera accogliente e luminosa. Bel terrazzino e un bell'interno dell'hotel. Possibilità di parcheggiare liberamente intorno all'hotel. Dentro ti facevano trovare nel frigo dei dolci tipici, delle bustine di thè con bollitore e delle bottigliette d'acqua con dei bicchieri. Tutto bellissimo.

Il nostro letto in una delle due parti a livello dei piedi aveva un buco ahahahah e quando scendevi lo sentivi ogni volta La tenda del bagno prendeva anche il gabinetto e questo comportava che quando tu facevi la doccia bagnavi anche un pò quello. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Οχι καλό για την τιμή του

Πληρωσαμε 120€ την βραδια για ενα δωματιο που μεχρι και η μπριζα κρεμόταν, πολυ μικρό και σίγουρα χρειάζεται αλλαγές. Το μόνο που δικαιολογεί την τιμη ειναι οτι ηταν high season εκει στον 15αυγουστο.

Ο χρόνος σταμάτησε στο 1978. Κίνδυνος για την υγεία. Απίστευτο και άκρως απαράδεκτο να επιτρέπονται τέτοια καταλύματα.

Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben, dass der hotel 80 m vom Strand entfernt sei, und das ist eine Lüge. Der Strand ist 800 m entfernt und 80 m ist das Meer, wo man nur angeln kann.
