Best place to stay in Sarti!!! First of all the hosts Petros and Giouli were the most amazing welcoming open minded and warm hearted people! You can come to them with any problem that may occur and they will help you. Next our Rooms…what can I say, they were amazing: private balcony, new AC, beautiful Bathroom and private pantry kitchen. We even learned a bit of the history of Sarti through Petros, who didn’t hesitate to talk to us while hanging out with us on the rooftop bar. Plus…. There is a Jacuzzi on the rooftop bar with a breathtaking view of the city, sea and mountains!

Amazing!

We were warmly welcomed by Giouli and Petros, who are truly amazing hosts! :) The hotel is wonderful – small and cozy, on a quiet street but literally just a 2-minute walk from the main shopping area of Sarti with all the shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious enough, with a Daikin air conditioner (not a cheap one like in most places), a kitchenette with a fridge bigger than a mini-bar, and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good (Giouli makes amazing cappuccino), and the best part is that it’s served on the rooftop with a spectacular view of the sea and the whole town! I only wish I could give a score higher than 10! ;)

Perfect stay in Sarti

We had a wonderful stay in Petro’s house in Sarti! The apartment was very clean and well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The location is perfect – close to everything, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Sarti.

For my family everything was perfect, quiet and a comfortable bed, close to the beach and restaurants. A wonderful vacation and the hosts were very helpful. They recommended the most wonderful beach and helped me get to a doctor for our son who had an allergy and so we could continue to enjoy the remaining days. We felt so good that next year we will return here. Delicious breakfast in a wonderful place. We thank Giouli and Petros from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful vacation in Sarti!

We stayed only for one night but the place is comfortable, spotless and the hosts are absolutely incredible. We had great conversations and they went out of their way to help us out with a little incident. I cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful. Much better than we expected. The best value for the money.

This place is just perfect. 2 minutes from the city beach and the main street. Everything is quite new. The stuff and the owners were just second to none. When we arrived the wife gave us free bottles of water and cola, which was a great gesture. The internet connection is great, the bathroom was clean and comfortable, there is a mini bar at the entrance and a rooftop with nice view.

There is not such a thing.

Excellent accommodation with awesome hosts.

We were honestly impressed by the hosts. Petros and Giouli went out of their way to to improve our stay. The room and everything else were excellent - clean, comfy and close to the beach and city center, but again - what made the difference for us was the relationship with the hosts. We are grateful and looking forward to coming again next year.

Amazing people, Petros and Giouli. They are always there for you, despite they have 2-month-old baby. If you have questions, if you need advice, if you need something additionally - they will provide it to you immediately. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we have some additional benefits that were on them. They just know how to give you 5-star service. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and perfect location. You are right next to the center but you are not on the crowded streets which is great as you can relax during the night without anyone bothering you yelling

Petros and his wife Juliya were superb hosts, they got us beer and in the morning made us coffee, they were super, super nice and we also had a small talk while we drank our coffee. I can recommend this family house to everyone who want to meet nice people and have a cozy stay.

We were welcomed by the super-friendly owners, Guili and Petros. The rooms are super bright, very clean. The location in the old part of Sarti is fantastic, a lot of restaurants and small shops are nearby. The beach is only 2 minutes away. Sarti is a great place! We are still thankful for the hospitality and will come back when our son is a litte older and also can post positvie reviews :)

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay for 4 reason: 1) The hospitality exceeds any of my expectations! The owner is unbelievably welcoming and helpful. She is very dedicated to make your vacation as amazing as possible. 2) The rooms are specious and very clean! They have any amenity you could wish for. On top of that I really liked the big windows and the lovely terrace. 3) The House is located in the more beautiful and quiet end of the city. In the morning you only hear the bells of the nearby church. Nevertheless you can reach the beach, the Center with Restaurants and a great bakery in no time. 4) The most amazing beaches of the Sithonia peninsula are very close to Sarti Thank you for everything😌

What ever more I write, it will still not be enough, and I teaveled a lot…

The property is astonishing, it should be double the money, compared to what it offers in every aspect and field…. On top of that, like that the mentioned is not more then enough, the owners, Petro and Julia, welcomed us as we were a close family member, not guest, and since our room was close to the entrance of the property, I have seen the same warm family welcome for two more families, who arrived after us, and something like this can not be fake, it is coming from inside, and it is genuine and warm…. And on top of all that, always a warm smile, asking if you need anything, in any way, or form, that is Julia, she is always there, amazing, unbelievable host Julia…. Believe me guys, no need to mention the property, rooms, etc, everything is perfect…. Last, but not least, I hope that I have found the wright words to thank Julia and Petro, because they deserve definitely more…. Aleksandar Mladenovic

We have never stayed in an accommodation run by such kind owners before. The rooms are large and comfortable and equipped with everything. Most importantly they are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location of the accommodation itself is excellent and you can walk to the promenade and the city center.

A place to come back.

Giouli and Petro are really very friendly hosts always willing to help with any request you have. The pension is beautiful, confortable and very well located: close enough to the beach, the city center and a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but also in a very quiet street. The rooms are not only really full equipped, they are spectacular clean and very tastefully decorated. It's definitely a place we would love to come back again.

The only thing we can say we didn't like is that our holidays had an end and we could not spend more time in Sarti. Next time we should spend more time hier.

Great hospitality by Gioulli and Petros. They were really great hosts and they provide us with everything we needed to enjoy in our vacation. They were really attentive and they many time went out their way to make us really enjoying in holidays (barbecue party, boat cruising etc..). I would like to express in this way our gratitude to our hosts. P.S. There are many amazing and superb beaches around Sarti, so it is really good choice to select Sarti as a starting point and to visit all of them.
