The fact that almost everything we needed was on site, except laundry facilities but they're only 10 minutes away. Hard to find a place to house a family of 6 that has everything included.

Just no laundry facilities otherwise it would be 10/10

Close to the Motuoapa Marina, easy for boat parking for 2-3 boats and an awesome front deck to spend the evenings.

Road noise is pretty constant at night.
