Some things were missing, but beautiful garden

+ Swimming pool + Beautiful Garden + Friendly owners + Great to see that this "patrimoine" is having a new destiny

- The breakfast room is inside with no view. This is unfortunate, as what is so special about this B&B is the beautiful garden. Note: on sunny days breakfast is served outside. - Nothing to drink (no bottle of water or a tea/coffee maker). There are no facilities for this; not in the room, neither in the shared space. There is a drinking list with interesting beers etc. But this is only possible when one of the owners is available. Solution would be a simple "honesty bar". - The road with quite some traffic next to the house. - In some of the rooms an open shower in the room, which makes the room a bit humid.

We had an amazing stay at this B&B. Beautifully renovated house with exeptional rooms. Our room had the most amazing bathroom we have ever seen. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was truly a 10 out of 10. Definately recommend if you want a peaceful get-away.

Hosts were lovely. House & grounds really nice. Setting peaceful.

Not offered ay refreshments on arrival by female host (eg tea/coffee). No kettle etc in room, so really stuck. also no evening food offered so had to go out but nothing local (walkable) open. Later male host did ask but by then too late. May have just been language issue but disappointing. Plus room was very hot.

Oslo is a star and so beautiful

The place was quite comfortable and easy to locate. Hosts were amazing (my bad, I didn't exchange names). Breakfast was amazing, room was clean and facilities were quite comfortable. The biggest attraction was Oslo, I would visit again just be with him, truly an amazing companion ❤️

An extra special place

An amazing place with beautiful surroundings, comfortable bed and luxury extras. Breakfast was amazing. But what made my stay extra special was the hosts Mathieu and Maria. They went above and beyond to make my stay extra special.

Charming place and great hosts

Beautiful renovated house in the middle of the Belgian countryside. The hosts, a young couple, were lovely, flexible (we asked for earlier breakfast and check in after 19h). Breakfast was fantastic. There is a lot of passion in this place with many tasteful and thoughtful details, a restaurant list sent in advance, the possibility to store bikes in a room, the decoration. It's a great place to relax a weekend and discover the area.

Home feeling

I was on my way somewhere in Belgium to meet someone in the next morning for business, I had to find a place to sleep. I found Relais M B&B the nearest and highest rate. I was reluctant to go there as I wasn’t sure how people there will welcome an absolute stranger from a totally different culture. I decided to take the risk and I checked in. It was a family run B&B and they were surprised to see someone at there doorstep in that late hour. Marie and Mathieu welcomed me like they would welcome a family member and immediately I felt acquainted. I wanted to have a dinner, Mathieu went to a near restaurant to grab a dinner for me. I wanted to have the breakfast earlier than what the usually do, Marie prepared it in the very early morning hours to fit my time. Marie and Mathieu, I have no words to thank you both for your hospitality and kindness. Looking forward to visit you again.

Beautiful property, some details missing

Very nice building, beautifully renovated and styled in the latest interior design trends. Breakfast was outstanding with a.o. local sheep yoghurt and eggs made to order and served at the table.

Some attention to detail was missing in the room, given the price that they charge. For example one window didn’t have a curtain, there was no AC and minibar, and the curtains that were there were way to long and not made to fit, draping on the floor. There was no toilet paper holder, and we started our stay with a half used toilet paper role. Our room was on the street side and the passing cars were quite noticeable. The bin in the toilet was placed on a shelf, probably to make cleaning the floor easier, but therefor it wasn’t possible to open the bin without touching it. The shower didn’t have any place to put your shampoos / soaps, so everything needed to be placed on the floor.

Totally recommended for a relaxing getaway

This b&b is a hidden gem in the middle of the Wallonian country side. All the rooms are decorated beautifully and with remarkable attention for details. The gardens are a treat for the sense and the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The owners are very helpful and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also loved meeting Oslo the dog :)

Engaño que Booking no debería permitir

Esto parece una broma de mal gusto. Está reserva me la anularon alegando desde Booking que la casa tenía overbooking y desde la casa me informaron que habían hackeado su página en Booking y que la reserva no se correspondía con su alojamiento. Me informaron que a pesar de haber avisado a Booking no habían eliminado su establecimiento.

Me remito a lo dicho y creo que Booking debería eliminar estos alojamientos fraudulentos. La situación me obligó a buscar un alojamiento a toda prisa lo que nos perjudicó mucho.

Expérience très positive.

Nous souhaitons exprimer notre grande satisfaction concernant le cadre enchanteur de l'établissement. Le décor était absolument magnifique, créant une atmosphère des plus agréables. De plus, le petit-déjeuner servi en terrasse était exceptionnel, offrant une variété de mets délicieux et frais. Nous avons grandement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil et du service.

Rien à voir avec l'établissement, nous sommes rentrés très tôt d'un superbe mariage et nous n'avons pas pu profiter du confort de la chambre comme il se doit.

TOP-gastvrouw en -heer. Heel spontaan en vriendelijk. Met kleine, schattige Jules en spring-in-t-veld Oslo als plus ;-) Heel mooie setting. Rustig, privaat, met groot, verzorgd zwembad en prachtige tuin. Lekker, verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie, nette kamers met alle nodige voorzieningen en voldoende opbergplaats.

Een extra vergrootspiegeltje in de badkamer, want als je in de spiegel wou kijken, dan was het licht niet voldoende (ofwel extra licht boven de wastafel/spiegel) Bij het ontbijt misschien keuze uit een stukje vers fruit. Er was wel yoghurt met vers fruit, maar wie geen yoghurt lust, die had geen fruit. Maar ben er zeker van dat als we het gevraagd hadden, dat we het zeker hadden gekregen ;-)
