Kambos Villa is an exclusive member of Holiways Villas. Kambos Villa is a brand new two-story villa, located in the area of Platanias. Combining tranquillity and privacy this villa offers the perfect summer location and an unforgettable experience for you. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests.

Indoor facilities
Villa Kambos is a two-storey villa that can host up to 7 people. The streamlined interior and functional, with features only an expert’s eye can immediately pick out! Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and furniture that is specially designed to match the essence of this villa. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower offering complete privacy and autonomy for you. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Every corner of this villa feels like an interior magazine coming to life. On the upper floor, you will find two more spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and an amazing sea view from the balcony, where you won’t be surprised if you feel like you’ve found heaven on earth. Peaceful and relaxing this place with both an inside living area and an outside terrace, You can relax with plenty of space and a good book in hand!
Outdoor facilities
The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with the sunbeds make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family where you can have your coffee, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun little things that will impress you. The villa offers great accessibility to the sea and at the same time, you can have complete privacy and autonomy. The private garden lawn creates a surrounding that completes the beauty of the villa. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electric cars.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Dimitris was FANTASTIC. He was in communication before we even arrived. He met us at the villa at midnight when our shuttle arrived. He had a list of beaches, restaurants, sight seeing locations and clubs ready for us to look over. The villa was AMAZING. It matched the photos precisely.There was a small market about 30 feet from the villa right up the hill. There was a great restaurant at the bottom of the hill and the beach was across from there. That beach was a bit rocky but there was another about a mile down the road that was stunning. We needed a shuttle for a trip and called Dimitris and he said " I know a guy". The driver was there about 30 minutes later. I loved the security, not that it was needed. There was a metal entry gate that locked automatically and a garage gate as well. The pool was pristine although a bit cold but around noon to 2pm it was ok. I loved overlooking the olive trees in the back yard. I can't say enough good things about this Villa.

The villa was perfect in every way, location, cleanliness, facilities and support of the owner. There is everything that you need in the villa including shampoo, conditioner, soap, sewing kit, the list goes on. Four generations of our family stayed at the villa and it suited all of us. There is a very good little supermarket 20 yards away from the villa. The villa is located a very short walk to all facilities and the beach. We will be back

Our stay at Villa Kambos started with the extremely friendly owner waiting for us. We were showed around the beautiful property and also had a platter of fresh fruit, assortment of bakery goods and refreshments. The outside area was beautiful and an absolute pleasure to enjoy all day long. We would definitely stay here again.
