great value for modern and comfortable stay

very nice and modern. host was very kind and quick to reply, we got in late at night and had to park on the street for a few hours in the morning. they arranged to pay for our parking fee of a couple of euros as it was difficult without knowing the language and not having a local number. they didn't let us pay them back. the flat is very new and has everything you need. would highly recommend!

Would recommend

Similar to all previous comments we liked that it was super clean and spacious. Location is unbeatable! Host was responsive and helpful and the lady who gave us the key was also very nice. I suspect the place was recently opened for guests and in the future will set up some self-check in which would be even easier for guests. We didn't use the kitchen really but I think all the basics were available. All in all I'd recommend it for sure, it is a lovely accommodation when you are exploring the city.

Not much really, I'm not sure that in colder days the AC would be enough to heat up the entire place, but other than that all was good.

The apartments in the new house with an elevator right in the city center. Compact but very clean and comfortable. Has coffee brewing machine with several portions of coffee. WiFi is fast, we had no issues with it. The host brought a child crib for our daughter — many thanks!

Super central location. Sparkling clean and new. Close to everything.

This is an almost brand new apartment in a brand new building. Everything was sparkling clean and new. This is about as central as you can get in Blagoevgrad - a few meters off Giorgi Izmirliev Square (the place to be if you are visiting for Christmas or New Year). There's a super little cafe right next to the entrance and grocery shop across the road. The best restaurants in town are just a couple of minutes walk (La Storia is the absolute best!). The hostess speaks perfect English. I can't rate this apartment too highly...

Very nice apartment. Modern, hygienic and on a good location. It was located on the edge of a modern part of the city center with lots of shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Nothing really!! However a few tips for the owner. We missed a tea towel and electric kettle. It's a small balcony, but it would fit a little balcony set😊

Exceptional

The apartment was amazing. We used it as a base for trips to the Rila mountains, Melnik and to go rafting on Struma river. The host was super nice and very helpful. Absolut recommendation!

There is only paid parking. If you, don't have a Bulgarian phone number to pay the fee via SMS you have to get up early (before 8 am) and find one of the guys to pay the fee to.

Sparkling clean apartment with perfect location

Perfect location - 5 min away from everything, sparkling clean, great hospitality. I thought that we were the first guests ever (that's how clean it was). Complimentary coffee and water which is very thoughtful. I recommend it with both hands :D we will go there again.
