The house offers top-of-the-range services: fully air-conditioned house, sunny swimming pool (11m x 4m) throughout the day, a pool house for taking your naps, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, home cinema room.
The house is in absolute calm on the road to the cove of Morgiou, you will be lulled by the cicadas throughout the day! The house is superb fully equipped with a beautiful and large terrace which is an extension of the living room with a view of the Parc des Calanques where you can have barbecues and meals! Labeled Cocoonr Collection, this villa is a real corner of paradise.
You will have 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and 3 bathrooms! the two large bedrooms on the ground floor each have a private bathroom
Many storage spaces are also present in each of the bedrooms! finally all to spend an exceptional holiday with family or friends!
Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with the neighbourhood, which ensures the quietness of the area.
Should we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to terminate your reservation without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
