5 Sens The apartment is in accordance with the photos. The stairwell area did not have a bad smell according to the statements below, I believe they have fixed this part, but in fact the environment on the other floors of the building is a little scary because you don't know the type of neighbors you will have during your stay . But everything went well.

5 Sens Amazing location! The entrance of the building and staircase are old and dirty but the apartment is in perfect conditions and very clean.

5 Sens The agent who helped me with check in was extremely kind. My luggage was lost and I was delayed getting to our agreed check in time, so she messaged me very clear check in instructions. She also offered to help with locating my luggage which was above and beyond. The apartment itself was great, my only complaint is the location. It is extremely noisy, especially at night. So if you’re wanting to get some good, undisrupted sleep, I would recommend sleeping headphones or earplugs. The stairwell into the apartment is also very dirty and was a bit unsettling since I was completely unaware of it. As a young female solo traveler, it did make me feel a bit unsafe at first due to the outside conditions of the apartment. After the first night, I knew it was in fact safe but I still wish there was more disclosure about getting into the apartment itself.
