This property is probably our favorite that we have ever used. It’s perfectly located if you want to do any activities in RMNP or Estes. The house is wonderful and the view from the back porch is so pretty. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean it was. Everything that was provided by the host is astounding. We had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower. Body lotion was there too! There was detergent and fabric softener in the laundry room, towels for the hot tub, and even a makeup mirror and hair dryer in the bathroom. The house has a master bedroom upstairs, the other master and the bunk room are downstairs. There is a powder room upstairs and another full bath downstairs. Parking is right outside the front door. If we ever come back to Estes (and there is a very good chance of that), this is the property we will come back to.

This property was exceptional! We'd definitely recommend it! The view was STUNNING, everything was immaculately clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, and the location was perfect. We were close enough to town to access whatever we needed, but still felt just a little bit remote to enjoy the privacy. Even when neighbors checked in, there was very minimal noise. We were able to get to the national park entrance VERY easily, and loved going to the little Country Market for our groceries. The only drawback was the extra management fees adding on quite a bit to the cost. There is obviously a lot of investment into the quality of everything.
