Great location for access to RMNP. Very nice heated pool. Beds were comfortable and deck was great with an amazing view. Kitchen well appointed for eating in. Plenty of towls provided.
Parking was odd due to construction on the bldg next door. We could not park on the lower level because we did not have a key to the back door. We only had keypad access to the front door. Could use more kitchen towels, a laundry basket since the laundry is at the garage level, cushions for the deck chairs would be nice.

This is a large and very nice property. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the view from the nice deck. Loved the games, books, and movies provided. Location is a short (8 minute) drive from downtown...too far to walk, far enough to be quiet. The kitchen had every kind of appliance and utensil we might ever need. The pool is big enough and clean with plenty of lounge chairs. There were fans for every bedroom. Every room had it's own heat pump style temp control and it worked flawlessly. There were TVs in every bedroom as well as the family room. Plenty of soaps, shampoos, tp and towels in the bathrooms. Having your own garage is also very nice. Management was accessible and helpful.
We couldn't get the TV on the top floor to do anything except play media. There was no opener for the garage door. No paper towels. Most of the games and cards were missing pieces. Shower head in bathroom #2 wouldn't adjust. Only one spare blanket for 4 beds. Property is hard to find since GPS only gets you in the right area.

The condo was very nice! It was beautiful and clean! We had a nice view. The beds were comfortable and our shower was awesome! The location is south of town by Mary’s Lake, but it isn’t too far from town.
The only complaint I have is the exorbitant amount they charge for a cleaning fee, especially since we leave the place looking exactly like when we got there. Had there been other properties available, I would not have booked this room just because of that reason. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The view! Garage parking. Multi-story setup meant no noise from other residents.
