Marina Foça Hotel

Location was stunning, right on the boardwalk and beach. Staff was very kind & accommodating, breakfast was good.

I booked quite far in advance, and shortly after booking I needed to change my dates by one day. They were difficult to get ahold of & once I did, they wouldn't budge & said they can't refund one day even though it was far in advance. Also, the address brings you to a different place so I ended up walking around for 20 minutes to try and find it. I had messaged asking for the correct address, but no response. When I arrived, no one was at the desk, I was searching for someone for check in for a bit, then once I found someone, he was kind but I don't think he typically checked people in because all he did was give me a key and no information. Room was very small, glad I was only one person as 2 people would have been too many! My room was missing linens upon arrival & the AC ended up not working so I had to switch rooms halfway through my stay. I will say, despite the issues, the staff were very kind & could always fix the problems. So it was a little bit of a rocky start, and coming from Istanbul where the hospitality is top tier, it was culturally different, but the kind staff on site made up for it :) Just seemed like a very laid back beach town vibe where people just go with the flow!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem kleinen, gemütlichen Hotel. Es wird von Bingül geführt, die unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit ist. Auch Yasin und Yigit waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Die Lage ist einfach top: Man muss nur den Fußgängerweg überqueren und ist direkt am Wasser. Das Hotel verfügt über eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirme, was den Aufenthalt am Strand besonders angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und waren immer sehr sauber. Außerdem bietet das Hotel leckeres Essen an, das teilweise von Bingül selbst zubereitet wird. Alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat absolut gepasst. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Great location, nice bedroom and good breakfast

No basic cleaning room service was provided which in my opinion is weird. I stayed there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Since the room was quite expensive I would expect that the room would be cleaned. I also need to ask for additional toilet paper
