A fabulous property, in a beautiful location with fab swimming and snorkelling, close to Hvar town.

We went with our 14 year old daughter, the apartment had everything we needed and both double bedrooms were great. There’s a lovely outside terrace where you can sit and eat or use the sun loungers and admire the view. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful, aqua blue cove, where you have use of two sunbeds, if you don’t fancy heading to the little beach. Hvar town is a 20minute walk along the coast and there’s lots of seaside bars and cafes along the way, stunning.

Amazing holiday that totally exceeded all expectations

Everything… the apartment was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The host was at hand whenever you needed anything and nothing was too much bother. It was like home from home . Amazing … we could not have asked for anything better would definitely go back

If I could give it a rating of '11' I would

Amazing apartment with incredible views and facilities. We were familiar with the location as we stayed at Hotel Podstine (next door) on a previous visit to Hvar. As Podstine had not opened yet, we stayed at Shades of Blue instead which in hindsight worked out perfectly. The water (and a great swimming spot) is easily accessible down the stairs and Hvar Old Town is a short and scenic walk around the coastal path. Zoran and his family were very welcoming and make checking in and out very easy.

Highly recommend!

We loved that place so much. Everything what you can see at the picture is correct. Quite area, 2 min by walk to the beach. 20 minutes by walk to the city center. 5 min to the supermarket. Zoran is really friendly host and helped us with everything. You can find in the kitchen everything you need even more ❤️ The apartment is very clean and cozy. Highly recommended, hope to come once again after we will win the war )

Best kept secret on Hvar island

An absolute gem! Reading the previous reviews it almost sounded to be good to be true, but everything was as described and the photos were a true representation of an exquisite apartment in a very special location. Zoran is the perfect host, willing to help in any way. The apartment has everything you need. After having traveled for a week, we were so thankful to use the washing machine, and self catering was a real blessing for some meals. The easy access to the most beautiful deep blue water (although be prepared to climb many stairs) and a pleasant walk into Hvar town made for a lovely holiday.

Fanstastic apartment near private bay.

The apartment is fantastic and clean. Well equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony cannot be beaten. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center so this can be a great thing or challenge for you. There is a market and a great pizzeria just 5 minutes away. The private beach area is nice but does not have a sand area so you must enter by stairs. They provide chairs and an umbrella. However, there is a beach that's very accessible only 5 minutes away (I actually swam to it, again very close). The hosts are fanststic. Cannot reccomend it enough.

A hidden gem

I almost don’t want to review this as I want to keep it a secret and just for us! We loved everything about this place - the space, the decor, the location, the facilities, the hosts - it has everything you need for a gorgeous stay. We will be back.

Stunning!

This apartment is on a great peaceful location just 20 minute walk from the vibes of amazing city Hvar. It's freshly renovated and it really has all the luxury you need while on vacation. The view over Podstine Bay from all the apartment windows (even bathtub) is outstanding. Offers private beach with sun lounges in the shadows and in the sun and endless swims in this beautiful bay. Hosts are extremely nice and helpful. This is probably the best apartment I rented in Croatia so far (renting every year for the past 27 years). Has it all: perfect location, top-notch apartment commodities and great hosts.

The location and view are absolutely amazing. The hosts were soooo nice. They spent a lot of time and effort making the place so tasteful and perfect. Check in and check out we're so easy. This apt... Everything was careful thought out, tasteful, relaxing and perfect. Beyond pleased we chose to stay there. Everything was brand new. Easy to communicate. Just loved it. Zoran and his mother in law were the perfect hosts.

Best spot just outside old Hvar

Great effort on renewal and nice colors in all rooms (white and blue shades).

Doors and windows are renewed but do not close perfectly. But it was not disturbing.
