Unsafe stay — harassed, power cut off, and Booking.com failed to step in and protect us despite clear evidence.

The apartment itself was fine in terms of layout and location, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by safety concerns.

• We were harassed by the downstairs tenant from the very first evening (banging on our door at 8 PM, well before quiet hours). • The tenant repeatedly screamed, banged on our door, and rang the bell at 2 AM, waking everyone. • Most seriously, the tenant entered our apartment without consent and cut the electricity, leaving us without Wi-Fi and disrupting a guest’s work call. • This behavior caused one of our guests with type 1 diabetes to have a panic attack. • Amenities listed (dry cleaning, walk-in closet, fruit) were not provided. • We felt unsafe the entire stay. • Booking.com has been unhelpful in resolving this, despite us providing clear video/audio proof of the safety breach. The platform should take responsibility for protecting guests but instead left us stuck between denials and delays.

A lovely apartment with a great balcony and fabulous sea views. A ten minute walk to the old town and five minute walk to the sea. The host was super friendly and helpful with local information. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped including beach towels which was a nice touch. Set in a quiet part of Hvar suitable for families or couples looking for a quiet stay.

Clean apartment with great views. We underestimated the distance from the port and Hvar center. It is a 15-20min walk.

Homely in Hvar

Sizeable apartment, lovely balcony. Aircon was great to keep place cool. Lovely owner who met us on arrival. Place was very secure, always felt safe. Nice that beach towels were supplied.

Trees by balcony could be trimmed to improve ocean views. A few kitchen staples like coffee would have been nice.

Lieu idéal pour rayonner sur hvar, entre plage et centre

La vue et l emplacement à proximité des plages et de la supérette sont un vrai plus. Le centre ville très vivant est à 15 min à pied. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et disponibles pendant notre séjour pour partager les richesses de l île.

Przyjemny pobyt na wyspie Hvar

Apartament w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, blisko do centrum (ok 950 metrów) do starego miasta, zaraz obok sklep i dobrze oceniana restauracja. Super taras.

Na jednym z tarasów nie było zbyt czysto. Małe pokoje i średnio wygodne łóżka, mało przyjemne poduszki do spania.
