Lovely view, apartment, and housekeeper.

The view was nothing short of amazing. Good location as well, bit of a hard to walk to from the ferry if you have bags! Housekeeper was so sweet and nice, welcomed us with fresh lemonade from her garden. I loved the little magnet we got at the end of our stay as well.

A few small grievances - The guest slippers were a bit dirty/stained, even though they were sealed up? We did not interact with the actual hosts at all, just the housekeeper Jela who was extremely sweet and welcoming .The hosts also had a property management company,Zimmer Frei Team, for their communications which also felt disingenuous as some of the other reviews said they interacted with the hosts directly for their stay, picked them up from Port etc. (Apparently they've been buying up a lot of properties for rentals around the island so I guess they've gotten busy... Just felt a tad too corporate.) For example, the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible - even for like basic emails. Property management said they'd send someone to fix it, got no updates or saw anyone working on it. Probably the lazy Wi-Fi company, but they really should just upgrade the router.

The host was really lovely too, provided fresh towels mid way through our stay and even gave us a little souvenir when we were leaving.

The deluxe apartment is a large, clean apartment with a fantastic view and charming host.

We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment. It is very large for 2 people, with an amazing view over the Pakleni Islands. Nice clean apartment, lovely garden and grounds, very gracious host. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, a pleseant 20 minute walk from downtown Havr, and close to several nice beaches. There is a good italian restaurant and small grocery store a few blocks away if you don't want to go all the way into town.

some furniture on the balcony was broken and not useable. Kitchen had very few cooking or eating implements.

I wouldn't pay the extra for the garden, it's basically a table at the entrance to the apartment where others walk by. A balcony was cheaper and probably more private.

Best place we stayed in Croatia.

Property was BEAUTIFUL! In a serene location with no noise and lovely view. The apartment was very modern and comfortable with books and plug adaptors provided. We even had a gorgeous patio with a swing seat. Water and energy drinks were also provided in the fridge. The lovely lady that was there to greet us showed us all the best places to go and gave us numbers for takeaway food.

About a 22 minute walk away from the ferry port with a lot of steps (we didn’t mind this but some may find challenging).

Scenic, well-equipped stay for runners and the stair-ready, We loved it :)

- Enjoy a postcard-perfect panorama of nearby islets. – You'll find everything you need, from cookware to comfortable beds. – Only 1.5 km from Hvar’s town center, with shops, restaurants, and sights within easy reach. – The coastal path below is ideal for scenic runs by the sea. - The host greeted us with a smile and a welcome drink. A lovely, personal touch.

Good to know (not deal-breakers, just worth mentioning): 🪜 184 steps from the beach – Going down is a breeze, coming back up... consider it your daily cardio. 🚗 Tricky parking – Space is limited, so precision parking (and maybe a small car) is your friend.

Lovely, perfect holiday

The hostess is incredibly kind and attentive — you can see it in every detail of the apartment. It’s spotlessly clean, the view is stunning, and as a bonus, you wake up to a beautifully kept, fragrant garden. I’d come back every time I’m in Hvar.

The view from my bedroom and balcony were absolutely stunning! The neighborhood was quaint and the apartment was spacious. The owners greeted me with gifts and lemonade as well :)

Exceptional

Fabulous! We arrived very late and the host was there to meet us on arrival and help us settle in. The host was wonderful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Providing us with fresh locally grown fruits and drinks, fresh linens and toiletries, even willing to transport us around Hvar. The rooms were lovely, with fabulous ocean views from the top balconies and a beautiful landscaped garden. The apartment is a few minutes from the beach front, though a few steps to get to the beach, the view is worth it. There's a local grocery store and an amazing restaurant close by which was very handy.

The internet access was intermittent however we were a family of 6 with young adults and it may have impacted performance.

Good but the owners not to good

2 of the 3 rooms were ok and cute, one of them was horribly laid out

The owners were very rude at the beginning, they locked us in the rooms with them to tell us that they were the bosses and that if we had parties, talked very loudly, they would kick us out and call the police. I understand the rules of the accommodation, but a guest who is paying for a service cannot be intimidated in this way. They wanted to charge us extra for a sofa bed, until we showed the reservation and they left us alone. The rooms are normal to nice, recently remodeled. but the room below. the distribution, horrible. the bathroom mixed with the living room and the kitchen.

A week's stay in Hvar Town (London Couple 🇬🇧)

The Apartment Roso accomodation was perfect for our 6 night stay! Firstly, the views from the terrace were stunning. We were very well located and had good proximity to most of the main town attractions from a walking distance (just be mindful of the many stairs 😅). As for the hosts, they were really warm and welcoming. Anytime we needed something (I.e. fresh towels, washed laundry, taxi service, etc.), they were always quick to respond.

Good price/quality ratio

Hosts were very friendly. They offered us limonade at arrival and also gave us lavender and a souvenir from hvar when we left. They were very thoughtful, bringing us new towels, umbrellas when it rained and also moved the clothes for us so they wouldn’t get wet.

There was air conditioning but I think it needed some cleaning of the filters. It was very hot when we were in the apartment.

It was nice a spacious and had gorgeous views. Very close to a small supermarket and very close walk to the water where you can relax.

The location is near the beach so that was great, it's an uphill climb from the beach, which we loved because we were active, but when we saw the old city, we sorta wished we had stayed there. However this apartment was spacious and incredibly clean and sparkling, with a gorgeous patio! Probably would not have this in the old city. The hosts were generous and kind and welcomig. They greeted us with organic homemade lemonade made from fresh lemon and herbs from their garden and gave us a lavender parting gift when we left. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.
