Hangulatos kis házikó, közvetlenül a tó partján, pár lépésre a strandtól, egy étterem és egy bár szomszédságában. A bejelentkezés és a kulcsok átvétele a kemping portáján történik. A kocsival a ház előtt vagy akár a kemping területén is lehet parkolni. A földszinten nappali és tágas konyha, a csigalépcsővel elérhető emeleti részen pedig a fürdőszoba valamint egy apró és egy nagyobb hálószoba (mindkettőben külön légkondi). A ház nagyon tiszta volt és az ágyak kényelmesek.
Több értékelésben panaszkodtak a kora reggeli készülődés zajára a szomszéd vendéglátó egységekből, de mi semmi ilyet nem észleltünk.
Mivel a ház a kempinghez tartozik, használhattuk a mosógépet és a medencét is ( úszósapka kötelező!)
A belvárosi rész illetve Sirmione óvárosa kerékpárral könnyen elérhető. A házhoz nagyon közel van egy Lidl és egy Eurospin.
Nagyon gyenge volt a wifi. Egy router beszerelése talán nem lenne akkora többlet költség viszont jelentősen növelné a kényelmet.
A jól felszerelt konyhából nekünk egyedül egy vágódeszka hiányzott.
Nagyon jó lett volna egy terasz vagy legalább egy privát elkerített rész a ház mellett, de ennek hiányát előre tudtuk és az ablakokból is tökéletes volt a kilátás.
Számítani kell rá hogy nincsenek olyan alapfelszerelések mint a mosogató-/mosószer, szivacs, szappan, olaj, só, fűszerek. De minden könnyen és olcsón beszerezhető a közeli boltokból.

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Excellent air conditioning, spacious bedroom,kitchen/dining room. Kitchen well equipped with massive stove top, oven , toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and small freezer. Lots of pots, pans and utensils provided.(NOTE:bring your own dish cloth/sponge dish sop, and toilet roll) great shower . Lots of storage. House was spotless. Very friendly reception. Plenty of extra bedding provided. Private parking in front of house. 4 garden chairs provided which you can take to sit at the lake. Restaurant right on your door step (food is just ok) lovely little cafe/bar/ice cream bar attached to the back of the house. Fabulous pool, Small Grocery store also a 2 second walk from the front of the house. My only issues with this house was that there was no private outdoor area, no washing machine (although there is one in the campsite which you are aloud to use). Also on the morning we were due to check out we had a lady knocking on our door to tell us we had to leave. It was only 11am and our check out wasn't until 12pm. My husband checked out at 11.45 and reception told him we were very late that check out was at 10am . We booked through booking.com and it stated check out was 12pm. I even have a screen shot of booking to prove. I contacted them about this and they never got back to me . So just be careful with this if booking through booking. Com we had a fabulous time. Family of 4 2 adults 2 teens
No private outdoor sitting area. No iron or ironing board provided. No washing machine in house. Check out wrong times given on booking.com

Really well located along the lake. It's perfect for discovering all around the lake Garda.
Staff very accommodating, any little requests was fulfilled.
