Locker open combination didn’t match as given in email. There was no clear instructions for leaving keys in safe location after checkout

It was clean, staff were nice, it was comfortable, I felt safe due to the locked front door and the fact you could lock the door. I would come back any time
At about 10:30 I arrived and wanted to let myself in by using the code for the lockbox. However, the code didnt work. We tried calling and texting the host, no answer. We also rang the doorbell and knocked on the door the whole time, but nobody opened the door. After half an hour the neighbour came out and woke up the staff who lives at the back of the house apparently. She was very nice and welcoming tho. Room waa right next to kitchen, so there was a lot of noise early in the morning, which was okay with me tho. The bathroom door had a spie hole in it where the lock is supposed to be. I don’t think you had bad intentions with this, but seeing as I am a young female I felt pretty uncomfortable, so please cover it somehow.
