Value for money, but some improvements are needed for the lighting in the living room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this place. It was a peaceful environment.

Instructions for the use of everything in the house were clear.
I was greeted on arrival and given a cup of tea.
Other guests were noisy (making calls on speaker phone into the early hours of the morning and again at stupid o'clock the following morning). Obviously, this was no fault of the host, but, maybe a sign to say 'Respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am' - I think this would allow you to feel more comfortable if you had to challenge a guest on being noisy within those hours.
