Simple accommodation close to the centre, with a very helpful host. We spent one night there, it was perfect for that.
Parking is not easy but Mike helped with that. The room is in a basement.

Mike exceptional, friendly approach as also other guests staying there. Fabulous location, short cuts to areas we needed to go. Our room clean, tidy, very comfortable to sleep in. Would we return? Indeed we would.

Helpful and polite host. Decent bathroom. All the facilities were there. Very affordable price, compared to others in the area of Central Heraklion. Walking distance to the center, no need to look for parking, which would be almost impossible, if you stayed outside the center of the city.
Trying to find a place to park is a nightmare. Had to pay for a nearby parking facility. Very narrow roads to move around, risk to scratch your car, or get it scratched by others, if you try to park on the side of the nearby roads.
The basement had two half-size air/light openings (like mini windows) which we couldn't close. Being always open, the room had unpleasant smells and a/c vent sounds at night, and also got cold during the night.
Poor cell phone network connectivity.
