EXCELLENT FOOD. We recommend taking half-board.
Very well positioned, IF you know how to ski, are comfortable on blue runs in ALL weather conditions and don't mind a little ice and/or wind higher up. Even better if you have your own equipment: they have a very well ventilated, heated, ski room.
The cabin is situated right next door to ski lift #2, that takes you near Mutu peak. For the return, there is a good ski road that takes you from Constantinescu straight to the cabin.
If you are a beginner and think of skiing only in "Platoul Soarelui", consider other places. It's very difficult to rent daily from Straja resort center and carry your own skis to Platoul Soarelui. We DON'T recommend renting anything from Platoul Soarelui.
If you're there for anything except skiing, consider you'll be quite isolated.
