Cosy apartment in central location at the sea front :-)

Cosy apartment in central location at the sea front :-) The apartment is located at the beachfront, right next to the beach :-)) In addition, the apartment has a nice sea view balcony (accessible both from the lounge and bedroom). The apartment is well designed and fully equipped with separate kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom (with comfortable bed and plenty cupboard space) and lounge (which both open up onto the balcony). What's more, this appartment has its own undercover car-garage (with private, locked single garage) for the guest to use for free. Great location because at the beachfront and still very central location (nearby train station and shops/restaurants, all in easy walking distance :-) Also, the apartment was very quiet and clean, i.e. no disturbing noise and well cleaned on arrival.

Although the fully equipped kitchen already has a modern gas stove, a simple MICROWAVE would be convenient to warm dishes. Also, I recommend to oil the door key-locks with a lubricant spray.

The location is good, with the sea view from the balcony. 1 min walk to the beach and 5 min from the train station. The apartment was clean and big, two rooms. Has the washing machine and dishwasher. The photos in booking are real.

The comunication with the host was horrible, she couldn't explain how to check in clearly and where we should find the key locker. The number of the building in adrass sent or indicated in booking is 8, but it is actually 7. So we have been trying to find the building for about 30 min and than had the quest with key locker . The host asked for additional money as a tax by cash which was not indicated in booking or mail. Also try to check us out at 10 am nevertheless in booking check out was at 11 am that is also by the way early than usual 12am. The host's voise messages were quite blaming and not hospitable.

La posizione ed il garage di fronte al palazzo. Lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti.

Casa sporca e trascurata, muffa all'interno della doccia e piatto doccia sporco, box doccia decisamente da sostituire, residui nel porta sapone della doccia. Frigorifero sporco e cella frigo che nn si riusciva neanche ad aprire per il ghiaccio che c'era. Polvere sui comodini. Stoviglie sporche, per fortuna ci siamo stati solo per 2 notti per cui non abbiamo cucinato. I vetri non so da quanto tempo non vengano puliti.

Sehr gute Lage Zimmer und Einrichtung gut

Es war kaltes Wetter und wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung. Wir wollten den Besitzer anrufen, aber es war nur ein Band ohne Rückruf das war schlecht.
