Appartamento moderno, situato in una via non lontana dal centro storico, via tranquillissima, silenziosa, dove si trova parcheggio a tutte le ore. Pulizia eccellente! Le foto corrispondono alla realtà, ambienti spaziosi, casa fresca, dove è presente l'aria condizionata nei vari ambienti (durante il nostro soggiorno non è stato necessario l'utilizzo, sono state giornate ventose ed è bastato tenere le finestre aperte con le zanzariere). L'appartamento contiene tutto il necessario per cucinare per un paio di giorni, pentole e stoviglie. Molto gradita anche la lavatrice, importante per chi vuole soggiornare per periodi più lunghi. A circa 200 metri sono presenti diversi supermercati e si può raggiungere il centro ed il lungo mare a piedi. Check in semplice, Antonella presente e puntuale anche nel ricordarci i giorni relativi alla differenziata. Se volete soggiornare ad Alghero consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo, super accessoriato, e vicinissimo al centro.

4-en utaztunk családdal , számunkra tökéletes volt :) igazából minden ugyanolyan mint a képeken. Az 1 személyes szoba valóban nem óriási , de semmi gond nem volt vele. 13 éves gyermeknek tökéletes volt, de szerintem felnőtt részére is. A nappaliban a kanapé ágy 2 személyes , már az étkezésre ezt is előkészítették, megágyazták. Klíma van a nappaliban és a franciaágyas szobában is. Napközben nyitva hagytuk a szoba ajtókat így a kis szoba is jól lehűlt a nagy szobában működő klímától. Modern és tisztaság volt. A konyha felszereltsége számunka megfelelő volt.
Közvetlen a sarkon volt egy COOP bolt. Kevés sétára a parttól. 2 km a Maria Pia strand és az óváros is. De buszok is indultak a közelből. Összességében én nagyon elégedett voltam. Késői járattal értünk oda , a tulajdonos már előtte megküldött minden információt, kódokat a bejutáshoz.
A teraszon van a klíma kimenetele ami meleg levegőt fújt így ott kicsit meleg volt. Bár alapból is tombolt a hőség , úgyhogy ez csak egy kis apróság.

El piso está recien reformado y está bastante bien.
Faltan algunos complementos (sobretodo de cocina). Hay una màquina de café però fué impossible encontrar las capsulas de esa versión y el anfitrión no supo ayudarnos.

Location was excellent. Walking distance from beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the old town.
If you have a car it’s even better as you have some really nice beaches 10-20 mins drive away.
Photos made the apartment look very good but there are many areas that require to be updated & refreshed. Some were little things ie new toilet brush should be installed with all new arrivals, who wants to see a dirty toilet brush or holder, drying rack for dishes was rusty so washed cutlery and glasses etc tasted of rust, part of the kitchen needs to be renewed, toothbrush holder looked dirty inside. Again these are all little things that could be improved easily and would make a big difference.
Balcony has poor view and neighbouring apartments / gardens look very shabby. You also have all the bins, gas tanks and external air con unit on the balcony so not very relaxing or pleasant to sit in. We moved a few things around to make it more pleasing to sit in (didn’t really help). I’m sure with a bit of thought and imagination this area could be improved.
No wifi which in fairness it does state in the description, I totally missed it. Would make a massive difference as signal is poor so even with 5G we couldn’t get signal.
Coffee machine didn’t work but we got a refund for coffee capsules purchased which was a nice touch.
Broken lamp was left in cupboard so I had to take a photo and let management know. This should have been removed. Management company left two new lamps but no new light bulbs.
