Summary:
Fabulous newly renovated apartment in one of the trendiest Porto's districts, right by the side of Casa da Musica!

The Space:
One bed-room apartment located on a 2nd floor overlooking the backyard of the building.
Very cozy and well decorated with everything you may need. The leaving room has access to a "closed" balcony, like a winter garden, where you can enjoy a drink or a meal on the table we have placed out for you.
There is a strong wi-fi signal as well as Netflix for subscribed users :)!
In the bedroom you will have a very comfortable bed with four pillows to choose from :)!
Guest Access:
The apartment is located in a residential building with access from the street. There is elevator.
Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.
Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.
We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.
We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a very central area of Porto, so called Rotunda da Boavista where you can see one of the main statues of the city representing the Peninsular War against Napolean.
Right across the square you have Casa da Música, Porto's main concert hall! Beautiful place and worth a guided visit or attending a concert :)!
You can also easily walk to the historical center or take the metro wich is located 5 minutes walking from the apartment. There is a food market called Mercado do Bom Sucesso where you have multiple food kiosks to kill your appetite from 11:00 to 23:00 just 5 minutes walk.
You will also find multiple cafes, pastries and supermarkets at your door step.
Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.
TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 3 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.
METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Casa da Musica Metro Station.
Once you get off the metro, it's a 5min walk.

From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Torrinha station, walk for about 15min.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.
From Cedofeita station, head up to our street.

The apartment is spacious with real plants on the enclosed sunroom which is a nice touch. If you drive, there are 2 parking garages close by 2 min walk and cost 12.5 eur/24 hours which cheaper than in "downtown". It takes about 25 min to walk into the main hub of Porto, but along the way you can stop at local cafes for a snack or coffee. The only bummer is the TV is not "smart" so you cannot log into netflix or cast shows from your phone. Check in is easy, they add you to a WA group and provide details.

The apartment corresponds to the description. It is functionally furnished. The communication with the landlord worked very well. Porto's old town can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are bus stops and metro station, shopping facilities and various opportunities to eat. So a starting point for many activities and a wonderful city trip
